If I could give zero stars I would. This pillow has ruined my already bad neck. One side is not high enough to support my neck and the other is too… Read more
high with the curve pressing at the base of my skull. Both are like lying on concrete. I have now constant neck aches and headaches. I used to have a concave pillow and i wish i knew the brand which was used for many many years with no issues. I'm sorry to say this pillow gets a big thumbs down from me.
I did a lot of research before buying this quilt and was initially really happy with it. Unfortunately, it didn’t even last 12 months. The filling… Read more
has completely shifted and bunched up at one end, especially around the edges where it isn’t sectioned /compartmentalised. There’s no even coverage anymore and it honestly feels like sleeping under a lightweight sheet.
I contacted the company and they apologised, saying they’d send a replacement as a goodwill gesture. They also suggested putting it in the dryer for 30 minutes to help redistribute the filling. I tried that, but it didn’t make a difference. The fluff is gone.
If you're looking for a long lasting, quality quilt, I’d say this isn’t it. It’s more of a quick fix that looks nice at first but wears out quickly. I’m now back on the hunt for a replacement.
It was time for a mattress topper, and as with any sleep-related purchase, I know how important it was to do my research. Everyone’s needs vary,… Read more
whether it’s about softness, firmness, warmth, or breathability, so I understand that reviews (even this one!) can be quite subjective. That said, I’m genuinely impressed with the Logan and Mason Platinum Cloud Pillowtop Mattress Topper. It added just the right amount of softness to my firm mattress, which was exactly what I was looking for. I’m sure my hips will thank me. The topper fits the Queen-size mattress perfectly, and I believe it would accommodate deeper mattresses comfortably as well. One night in, and I already noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality, it was warmer than I expected, likely due to the generous 1000 GSM 3D polyester fill, but still felt comfortable. It’s also allergy-friendly and resistant to bacteria, which is a great bonus for anyone with sensitivities. While it's marketed as cool, fresh, and breathable, I’m curious to see how it performs in the summer months. I also appreciated that Logan and Mason is an Australian-owned company, although the product itself is manufactured in China, something to keep in mind if origin matters to you. Bottom line: I had a noticeably better and more comfortable night’s sleep than I have in a while. What more could I ask for?
Hard and uncomfortable – I have used latex pillows for many years and have never had one as hard and uncomfortable as the Logan & Mason Latex Classic. I bought the medium… Read more
height for side sleepers. The pillow does not give one bit. It gives me a sore ear and my head seems to sit higher than I would expect for a medium height pillow as there is absolutely no sink down benefit. I have been using it for one month now and it is still as hard as ever. Seems more suitable for a back sleeper. Unfortunately I bought two as I wanted to use them for my guest bed. I would not want guests sleeping on these hard and uncomfortable pillows. Very expensive disappointing purchase from Spotlight.

but it is further from the truth. The item has seriously uneven down pockets in that there are some that have ample amount of filling while others have little to no filling at all. I reached out Legend Linen the owner of Logan and Mason and asked if there was any quality control with the manufacturer in China or even in Australia, which their response was: "Unfortunately, with hundreds of items arriving in shipments from overseas, we are not physically able to check every individual item". So obviously no quality control whatsoever. The inconsistent down filling has also been noted in reviews by others on Amazon.com.au. I sent them a follow up email which i received no response. The company does not stand by it products nor interested in assisting its customers. I have attached a photo where pockets that are dark in colour are full of down and the pocket that is much lighter and brighter is the one with little to no down filling. Luckily I got this real cheap on catch.com, but would never recommend any one paying full price considering that I am not the only one that has had this issue with inconsistent down filling and it seem that Legend Linen is only interest in selling cheap and poorly made Chinese products at a high price.
Very happy with product and quick delivery – Best pillows ever. Hold their shape extremely well, so comfortable
Faulty print – Purchased from doona cover from Spotlight and European pillow cases from elsewhere. Fault in print. Looks like I am not the only one who has a faulty product

well. They don't scimp on fabric at all and there is plenty of sheet to tuck in.(top sheet). Having always slept on top of the line 1000 thread count sheets before and originally buying these for the spare room i am very tempted to grab some for my own bed!

regular cold wash cycle before use, and it fell apart. Big fraying holes have opened up along the seams of both the quilt cover and the pillow cases. It doesn't look like it's the fabric that has ripped, it's a construction issue with the sewing - either the thread has unravelled or the seams were joined poorly. I'm seeking a refund and would not recommend this product to anyone who expects bed linen to last longer than an hour.
