denied my issues. Type purchased S/S. It is a budget-friendly sinks use a lower grade of stainless steel (like Series 200 it is not a Series 304). Lower-grade steel has less nickel and chromium. Mondella please don’t say it is 304 because if it was, it would not show signs of corrosion

Very low quality built cheap toilets which have deteriorated – These toilets are of such bad quality. The glaze after a few years wears away and deteriorates leaving awful and unsanitary bare concrete in the pan.… Read more
They come with a 10 year warranty which isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. They don’t flush properly and The plastic seats also deteriorates like the cheap glaze/porcelain they are covered in. When I contacted Mondella the so called “technician” acknowledged in writing this was a common problem but can be rectified with a good clean. Unfortunately once the glaze has deteriorated you can’t clean bare concrete marks. I’ll be ripping these toilet suits out and returning them to bunnings or taking bunnings/mondella to the tribunal if a resolution is not reached.
The seat looks nice. So far working But the led lights never worked. I’ve changed batteries and nothing. It flicks when I include baterry than never again. Very bad and it seems like it’s a problem many had.
Mondello Rococo – Mine is fine, flush is efficient and quiet. Seat comfortable and doesn't move around at all. Some minimal water spray on the floor in front, which is a known rimless thing, otherwise it would be perfect. Installed by an excellent plumber
I call crap on bad reviews – As a lic bathroom renovator for over 30 years I have been using the mondella range for at least 6. In that whole time only 3 issues. All 3 times… Read more

I bought another Della 780mm Cadenza kitchen sink, supposedly 304 stainless steel. It is installed in our airbnb apartment that is less than 18months… Read more
old. In 18 months we have had 220 nights occupancy and the sink looks 30 years old. Micro rust on the draining board, the tide line in the bowl is looking brown with staini ng and in places it looks like the stainless is peeling, which I don't think it is actually peeling but it looks like it withsome bright patches showing through. Personally I think the quality is absolute rubbish and I wouldn't use this brand again. it is warranted and I will get a replacement but begire we sell the place I will either replace it again under warranty of a better brand.
Don’t last long at all – I purchased two sets of Maestro Black Wall Top Assembly Lever Handle Bathroom Taps from Bunnings for $56 a year ago. At first I was impressed with… Read more
the smooth operation of these ceramic disc style tap sets but it wasn’t long before realised that they are an inferior product. One set failed and started dripping within 6 months and the second set failed in 9 months. The whole point of purchasing these ceramic disc taps was to avoid replacing tap washers yearly but these taps started dripping within 6 months of service. When the ceramic disc valves fail they can not be replaced. Bunnings doesn’t even stock the ceramic spindles with a Matte black finish so trying to repair these tap sets becomes impossible causing the owner to purchase a new tap set every time they leak. I would have been better off purchasing a set of rubber sealed taps because when they leak the washers can be replaced for only a few dollars.
I am very disappointed with my purchase
Rip Off - Crap - Unlawful – Utter crap. Mondella Rococo taps in silver/chrome finish pitting on the top of tap handles and shower after four years despite a TEN year warranty.… Read more
Bunnings blame Mondella, Mondella blame Bunnings, been arguing for two years and neither company give a crap. Now the chrome is peeling off and still neither company interested. Bunnings still advertising selling this on their website however its not available is any store in WA or for delivery in WA. How many consumer protection laws are we breaking, I counted four so far but still investigating. Seriously p*ssed off that these companies commit day light robbery and get away with it.
Terrible quality. Hinges corrode aware and chrome plating falls off after a month. This is as poor a quality as what you would get on TEMU. Not… Read more
cheap either. Bunnings warranty is not useful as they just give you the run around when you take it back hoping you will give up..
