less than a year old. We dealt with Vi who was amazing. She quickly arranged for us to return the phone (postage paid) and within a couple of weeks sent a new one. The communication and level of help was second to none.

I am very happy with this phone. I bought a flip phone because I was tired of a smart phone controlling my life. I managed to install some apps and… Read more
now it has everything I need - particularly podcasts and music. The screen is bright - I never have any issue using it outdoors. The hotspot feature is extremely useful. The battery tends to run out somewhat quickly, but the point of having a flip phone is to use it less anyway, so this is not too much of an issue for me.
The selling point for this phone for us was to have a specific monitoring app that does everything (the gardian app). After purchasing, we found out… Read more
we could not use the gardian app, that is would be discontinued and that opel is telling everyone to use family link (google) instead. Family link apart from being painful to set up and sign into does not have all the monitoring features that opel says it's original app had. We could have purchased any mobile and used family link if we knew. Disappointed.
Battery life is very short, goes down in a day just on standby. What I don't like about these feature phones these days is the limited text memory.… Read more
You have to keep deleting texts and sometimes we need to keep them even for legal purposes (evidence). There are way too many steps and button pressings needed to do anything, it is so clunky and "fussy". Changing from lower case to upper case and back again for example, hit hash, scroll up, select text type, press OK, use it for one letter, hit hash, scroll down, hit OK and so on. And on. And on. The number of steps to read and reply to a text, the constant need to press OK between steps. It's the most irritating phone I've ever had. Same with navigating menu, it's not enough to select, you have to OK every wretched step. I had an old Nokia C5, year 2012 technology, far superior to this or any modern Nokia such as the much touted flip 2660 with which I've also been disappointed. Back to the Opel M, if you can't send a text because the text memory is full it will often just lose what you've just typed, so save it to draft just in case, another step, more OK-ing. The antenna strength is poor too, I am in a poor reception area and calls drop out on this phone all the time and often it won't even send texts, though it receives them OK. I am so disappointed I wasted my money. Unlike smartphones, retailers won't unbox feature phones and let you have a try-out with them, I might have to buy a third phone and waste some more money. Poor value for money, Opel.
The worst of the worst – Worst phone I've ever used, and I've been through A LOT of phones, but nothing compares to level of crap of the Opel mobile telephone. The speed, the… Read more
interface, the available memory, it's all absolutely barely functional.
There are other cheap phones that work, and are user friendly. Choose ANYTHING but Opel.

buttons and typing). Also just looks and feels cheap, even compared to other $100 phones. We gave up and haven't used it again. Might be ok for an older person who doesn't want fast technology and only wants to call and text.
