Months as offered by SunGlass Hut) for any damage or tech issues. Lately, my glasses don't hold their charge for more than half an hour. So I made a service request. Only to be refused: (Unfortunately, repair of your damaged eyewear is not an option as this model and its replacement parts are no longer available.
Although your claim is not covered under warranty, we appreciate your business and would like to offer comparable options at a discounted rate.)

this is impossible until someone can come and reboot them and then you lose all your stored information and have to redo it all again. Very upset as there is no contact number in Australia to rung just FAQ which do not answer the problem

loose on the arms. The new pair are less than a month old and the ray-ban sign on both sides has fallen out! Rung Rayban online and they were not helpful, at all. Don’t waste your money on these cheaply made, ultra expensive sunnies!
Awful Ray-Ban. Make sure you do your Quality control – Cheap $10 sunglasses would do better. I never heard of the lens protection later came off. I didnt use it often so I kept it with my other Ray-bans but somehow its protection layer came off and the quality is so bad.
