nothing that month, not less, not a small amount, not a basic rate, nothing, nada, zilch. Every month apparently their call centre is hammered on the 1st day of the month with complaints. Avoid.

Receiving money via OSKO is not instant – It takes 1 business day transferring money from Westpac to Ubank via OSKO. The same operation from Westpac to Macquarie Bank is instant. Not impressed.

previous owners were more customer-focused, unlike NAB.

Since NAB acquired Ubank, I believe they have become less transparent and more focused on taking advantage of their customers. I moved away from Ubank about two years ago and would never go back.
