the robot malfunction, requiring a reset. The real problem comes when you go to buy replacement HEPA filters. Not only do they make you pay 59.99 for it, but they also charge 12.99 for shipping. Unless you become a "First" member, which is just a rort unless you plan on buying everything with Kogan - you pay to become a member.

inconvenient and not ergonomic to use, and the dust bin is horrendous. Spreads dust everywhere when you empty it, inside lining comes out. Only reason I kept it was because Kogan wanted me to pay to return it. I had a great one from them before that, and really wish I could just buy that model again, but that's not available anymore, only this rip off cr#p.
Update: Kogan reached out only to end up saying: "we apologise that your experience did not meet your expectations". Just a waste of time and money and will definitely make me reconsider purchasing from them in the future

also pay over $2000 for some of them! The LX20 is sort of mid-range in price and functionality. It does the job well so what more can you ask? Initially it maps your house. It does this by moving from room to room taking a very rough outline. Once it starts to actually clean each room, the map becomes more 'realistic'. The only problem I had and still have, is that I could not setup the connection between the robot and my "Google Home". Therefore I could not use Google to voice command the robot. However the app works just as well although I do have issues when I try to select a specific room (to clean/mop). I have to keep making the selection a number of times before it finally registers. A bit of a nuisance but just takes a little patience. So far I have had no other issues and hopefully I can continue to enjoy the robot cleaning my house for me!

got to the correct temperature. I have put mainly meat into it, and it is keeping everything well. The temperature control at the top is good, as it keeps the freezer at the correct temperature, and you can see at a glance if the temperature is what it should be. There is no light inside the freezer, apart from the lit-up temperature on the panel, but that is not a necessity.

want to pay so much for one of these smaller blenders, so I thought we would try the Kogan Rocket Blender.
We already have the bigger blender that Kogan sell, albeit we don't use it as much due to the size and it's still going strong after many years.
Bought the Rocket blender, very easy to buy online and the delivery was very quick. For just under $80 delivered, why not take a chance?
As I said in the title, it works like a charm. It is powerful and when you are making a smoothie with less liquid, it doesn't struggle at all, whereas my previous blender felt like it was going to pass out when there was less liquid.
We have only used this a handful of times to date, but so far so good. Easily makes great smoothies, milkshakes and anything you want in a small blender.
I would certainly recommend this blender.

Given the cost, it makes a consistently decent espresso/cappuccino (+) Can use the same inexpensive (~$7) and super common silicone group head gasket seal used in the Breville (800ES), Sunbeam (EM48119), etc. Note (1): At least yearly replacement of the brew head gasket seal is required for ALL espresso machines. Note (2): The Breville 800ES espresso brew head gasket seal doesn't look exactly like the original one found in this machine, but don't worry it works great! (-) The machine is very light in weight (mostly made of plastic) which means that to twist the group head handle and seat the head, you have to use two hands plus your chest. shoulder or forearm to pin the device to the counter.
Great Value and better than expected – Powerful and easy to use stick Vaccum Cleaner even better than expected. Would buy again. Always ready to use and easy cleaning. Light and gets into tight places and tha lights help when I tookthem as a gimmick with type of machine. Very Happy

mold that you cant effectively clean out unlike a regular window unit. This unit only lasted a year before it started leaking water and stopped effectively cooling, I requested a refund from kogan but after wasting 3 whole months of back and fourth emails and even a technician being sent out to assess the unit, I was given no refund. Don't waste your time on this product and just get a regular box window unit because if something goes wrong with this vertical unit you're unlikely to find any guides and instructions on how to fix it or let alone a refund.

reset the device each time I need to vacuum which is annoying.
As for the mop function it was working however now it won't work at all, despite doing a reset and a hard reset of the device. It starts to clean the mop pads and then just goes back to charging.
I spent almost 900 on this device and I only purchased it for the mop function and it has only worked about 10 times.
Have contacted kogan support several times and not getting any responses other than the standard troubleshooting response

It has small 5mm plastic arms which hold the Portafilter in place while the grinder fills it with coffee, and one of these arms has snapped due to constant flexing when the Portafilter is fitted. I had purchased the 3 years Extended Care warranty extension. When I filled out the "Customer Care" case, I even enclosed photographs of the broken part, and even offered to buy an additional Dosing Funnel and Portafilter for the future. The response is that "we don't have spare parts for this machine." It took a Message on Facebook to get them to call me, but the Manila-based call centre agent confirms that they sell appliances into Australia with no available spare parts. Since this review, Kogan "replied", saying a supervisor assisted me, but all she did was reiterated that they have no spare parts. She confirmed on the phone that they import and sell appliances with no spare parts. Their warranties are worthless.
I have since found similar parts elsewhere at my cost. Will never deal with these clowns again.
