Highly disappointingWe used this formula with my first baby 4.5 years ago without issues so we went for the same one for my now 6 month old. He’s had problems with acidic poos, sore tummy, sore face as if his skin was being burnt and we couldn’t... Read more work out the issue. Drs kept saying it was just drool rash which it wasn’t as it was creeping up his face under his eyes. We switched to another brand and within a few days his skin was clear, normal bowel movements and is a much happier more content baby with less feeds. It took a good week or so for the awful acidic nappy rash to clear. He also had recurring bronchiolitis, approx 5 times in his 5 months of life with extremely crackly breathing since changing formula this has also cleared and not returned which I don’t feel is a coincidence. I’m so disappointed that so many other parents have said the same about the difference in their first baby being fine with the old recipe and their next baby struggling. When I look back at photos of my poor babies burnt face and bottom this stuff should be taken off the shelves!

Terrible formulaFollowing the prescription from our pediatrician that we should feed our 2months baby bay NAN extra comfort 1, he started developing dark patches like eczema, progressive to the entire body of our boy. I wonder what's in the NAN formula which isn't in their competitors' formula. Waste of money, and a gamble of our loverly baby boy's health! Show details

Perfect premium formula! My baby girl is currently 22 days old. I wanted to buy a formula which is gentle for the baby’s stomach so chose Nan supreme pro which has 100% whey. First week the poo was greenish but after that it’s yellowish. Baby loves i... Read moret. She is breastfed and the formula is given as a top up. Give time for the baby to settle when the formula is given initially before thinking that it doesn’t suit your baby. Nestle has been in this industry for so long and I believe they did a lot of research before releasing any formula. Even i was worried initially after seeing lot of negative reviews. But now I am happy that I have got the best one for my bubs. Just give time for the baby to settle on the formula. And it is very easy to prepare.
Black in cerelacHello I wanted to know what are these tiny little black particles in the cerelac. I’m a little worried to continue feeding my daughter this.

Might be good for some but my baby doesn't like itThis formula might be good for some but my baby doesn't like it. I have tried on many occasions but my bub just wont drink it. I have tasted it myself and it is not very pleasant. The formula is easy to prepare and it is good that it comes in a smaller size tin.

Didn’t work for usWas given a script for this after Paediatrician suspected our 4 week old son had milk intolerance due to constipation on normal formula. Our son developed severe reflux on alfare and vomited up clear liquid that smelt like vi... Read morenegar. The formula is very runny so it may be that it comes up more easily than normal formula which is thicker? He was also up for several hours each morning crying with abdominal discomfort which was a new symptom on the alfare. Poos also very runny and extremely smelly. As a result we discontinued use of the formula upon advice from our paediatrician. Having said all this, he had no trouble drinking the formula despite its awful smell. No trouble mixing the formula either it dissolved well.

Not a fan of design and effectivenessFirst of all the bottle design is so bad. It is near impossible to administer. For such an expensive product the bottle design means you’ll most definitely lost quite a bit of product. After about 4 days of use we noticed our... Read more boy was eating less, we had no idea what it was. We then traced it back to when he started these drops. It seemed to have given him tummy pain, gas and a bit of diahorrea. We stopped it and used infacol to help the pain in his gut and he started to get better. Really strange because we thought probiotic’s would have no negative effect. I then looked into a study done where the ingredients in this probiotic actually showed results of causing more fuss in babies per day so actually made symptoms worse so I would definitely talk to your doctor first or read into it a little more. For us we definitely thought it was a waste of money and very expensive. The design of the bottle is honestly so shocking
