the patio washer stopped spinning and leaking from the seal and the foam gun would not spray soap around the same time. All nozzles were checked and cleaned. Looked like a winner at first but everything is failing after 3 months. Can't seem to get anything quality these days even after spending $330.

constantly. In June after parking it for three months it wouldn’t even get going. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Bunnings sent it away for repair. When I picked it up today four had been returned fixed. To me that is a lot in one batch. Took approx 2 weeks and another gentleman was returning his today that he had bought in Jan. There is a big problem with Gerni. I do NOT recommend this brand.

at 2.5 year point. Thank god for Bunnings! They exchanged it and issued the remaining 6 months warranty across to the new 5300 model. 7 months later, my second Gerni 5300 is doing exactly the same thing - over-heating and cutting out. Utter junk! Gerni and Nilfisk used to be the brands that I swore by for water pressure-cleaning. DO NOT BUY this 5300. Look at the reviews over the past two years - something has changed with these lower home models and Gerni are now junk. The second 7 month old Gerni is out of warranty and overheats every time i use it.

one from my old Karcher cause I couldn't be bothered going back to the seller. The spray gun head developed a leek and found a part had cracked internally about 3 years in. Bought a new replacement spray head. The pressure hose that connects to the spray head has corroded and now won't click in. I had an equivalent Karcher for about 8 years before it developed a problem and thought I'd give Gerni a go. Not happy with the result. I'll be giving this away or binning it.

stop the thing working properly. I managed to buy a replacement but then that one failed after a couple of years of infrequent use. When l went to get another, l could not find one as a spare part any longer. Very poor design. The motor has just burnt out after about 20+ hours of operation. This product should only be sold in a nothing over $10 store Could have bought a cheap Chinese pressure washer from Amazon. Paid half as much and got a better quality product Absolutely conned and ripped off
