Perfect addition to existing my Festool sanding gear – I already have the Rotex RO150 but the RO90 is perfect for those tight spots and live edge sanding. The Delta pad is also very handy on this machine.… Read more

The addition of the RO90 brings my tally of Festool sanders to 4 and I couldn't be happier........they all have their strong suits in different applications. Quality gear.

Precision and Strength – Festool DF500 & DF700 Are Game Changers – As a boat builder, I’ve wanted the Festool DF500 for years, and now that I have it, I can confidently say it was worth every cent. The precision,… Read more

ease of use, and overall build quality are second to none. This machine makes joinery effortless and incredibly strong, saving time while delivering professional results.

I was so impressed that I went out and bought the DF700 for larger projects. The big brother of the DF500 is just as amazing—stronger joints, larger dominoes, and the same precision engineering that makes Festool products stand out.

If you’re serious about woodworking, both of these machines are absolute must-haves. Festool has earned my trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their products to anyone.

This thing is bloody awesome – The saw on the track cuts beautiful straight clean square cuts like nothing else I've used bar a table saw and it cuts thick particle board and… Read more

laminates like they are not there. I got the deal where they threw in the extra guide rail which made it better value than the teal coloured contender, so it was a no brainer, just get the best. I like that you get a charger per battery as well. This is only my second Festool purchase after the CT 15 Midi extractor. One hit of the green cordial and you're hooked.

Just a great machine – Not only a good machine, service and communication is the best in Australia. I bought this as a vacuum cleaner, I guess I will use it for extraction as well. Show details

impact driver. It has a long connection shank into the drill head connection, but the impact requires a short/standard connection shank. Thought this was quite strange, and expect a driver bit fitting the impact would have been sensible...

It’s a great tool – Mixing tile adhesive pretty much every day and this mixer does the job well and quickly. It also works with low noise and vibration. The possibility of adjusting the height is very helpful Show details

My go to site saw – When fitted with the 250mm crosscut track, it essentially become a very portable mitre saw. If you're not doing repitative lengths of cuts, might as… Read more

well just get this out, may even be slightly faster than a bench mitre saw. Because it's so easy to line up cut mark. Battery life is fine, power is fine, even when ripping. Handy too that it is a plunge track saw as well. Being able to quickly and accurately adjust the height of cut is great. Only negative is combination cuts at 45' on 45mm timber, because blade is just slightly too small. Well worth getting, no other circular saw can compare with the results of quality and speed.

Love this little sander – I love this thing, it’s so compact and the dust extraction from the CDIMidi is exceptional. I’m going to get the orbital 125mm for my bigger projects Show details

I have just purchase the LHS 2 225 Planex (24.3.2025) with an additional extension arm, after long consideration on whether to spend that amount of… Read more

money or not & I'm glad I did, it takes your sanding to the next level. I'm working in a fully functional supermarket, (ceiling plaster repairs & a complete paint job), it is easy to use & set up, extremely quiet, allowing you to still talk to people while the machine is operating, from the littlest of sanding jobs, that cover you in white dust & leave mess ever where, this machine is effortless & clean, to a big open, pre-painted ceiling that you thought looked okay from the ground, well put this machine over it & you won't believe the difference it makes, it will seriously take your finishes to the next level, with no mess, when you're finished for the day, you're finished, no need for any other cleaning up, it's all in the machine, happy sanding.

A fantastic upgrade to my previous driver – At the time of my review the new 12v version of this model is just came out so it's a bummer. Despite me being upset about the 12v, let's dive into… Read more

the 18v version of the infamous CXS driver range. It is a powerful little gem, I have been working with it since October 2023, using it for various jobs and I am extremely happy with it. It's a replacement for my previous driver (10yo 12v AEG) and yes you can't compare the 2. It's not playing in the same league. I drive metal screws, decking screws, plasterboard screws... You name it I probably use it. I love the centrotec system despite being expensive to add to but it works great and the set I bought had some very useful implements. The right angle has been fantastic and has pull me out of a few tricky spots. The fact is that you can switch from drilling to driving in seconds. I don't need a second drill with me, this is the only one I can have and it won't be an issue. The battery is a 2.5a and it last a whole day of driving screws. The electronic clutch is a hit, I drive consistently the force I need so achieving a consistent depth is easy. The working area has a decent amount of light from the drill and it can stand upright and is very stable.

Would buy it again, yes, I love the power it has and all the extras you can have. Yes it's expensive but it is durable and if I need a more powerful one I do have another drill...

Great addition to the track saw – This square attachment speeds up the process of cutting 90 degree cuts in sheet material. Appears to be made by TSO and rebadged by Festool. By the time you buy a TSO and have it shipped to OZ it will be around the same price anyway.

engineering should NOT have a Festool badge on it. It is a real disaster! Miles and miles away from a standard Planex in speed, weight and comfort of sanding. Any cheap chinese alternative beats it by very far. Couldn't believe that Festool tool can be that poorly performing. Must admit that it is quite silent compare to other brands

A joy to use – I bought this saw as an upgrade from an older TS75 Festool model, which had seen a lot of use and after being dropped on the work site a couple of… Read more

times was no longer the machine it once was. A test cut with the new TS 60K made it clear I needed to put a new splinter guard strip on my tracks because the new saw had a thinner blade and made the cut slightly different from the old model.

When that was done I started cutting some melamine-coated 20mm hardwood ply panels for a cabinetry project. I was amazed by the difference. Firstly the saw ran a lot quieter than the old model. The cut accuracy was incredible and the new blade sliced through the ply so easily. It also made a much cleaner cut with no chips at all. I previously had to edge the cut panels with a router to clean up the cut. No need for that anymore. It's also much easier to set the depth of cut with a high degree of accuracy.

I love this saw. It's a joy to use. It will save me so much time and give me a much better quality end product. Highly recommended.
