overhanging shrubs for example and trees to move around, but once set up the mower can't be faulted. I have kikuyu which is tough grass and the A1 Pro has no problems chewing through this at all. The clippings are so fine that the days of grass being traipsed inside the house are gone too!
Delivery was prompt, packaging was substantial, device is well made and easy to use and performs well. The self empty hub is a bit bulky but works very well.

wear out, what is one to do? Finally they release a kit available only through the Dreame website but as it turns out... it's a lie.
I purchased what Dreame claimed was a kit for my machine. At $250 it was not cheap. You cannot get things separately so you get bits you don't even need. Upon receipt I found the mop rollers were different to what is on my machine. So I checked the back of the box. This model is NOT on the compatibility list. It takes Dreame 2+ days to email back in relation to this matter, and after just shy of three weeks.... they can't actually answer the question. They can't say if it is for my machine. They can't say why it isn't on the compatibility list. They just keep saying they'll escalate and let me know when they hear back. Which eventually turned into.... put the parts that aren't compatible onto your machine. Which I reluctantly did and now the robot is screaming everytime it mops. Clearly it isn't right for the unit and clearly it is damaging the unit. So the unit will go back for a brand new one since it was Dreame who told me to put these parts on it.
Dreame is an atrocious company with no customer service, no technical support, who are selling these robots with NO spare parts available for sale. The battery life is awful, it is a huge and heavy robot so don't expect it to fit where the old X40 Ultra could. The parts wear out as expected only you can't replace them which leaves you with a useless robot you can't use anymore. So what... every few months go and buy a new robot? What is going on Dreame!

is appalling. I have spent over $15k with this company and while I like their products, the support is IMPOSSIBLY POOR.
Before you purchase, just try calling their technical support phone or emailing technical support to see if you get a response.
Last year, I tried 17 phone calls and 14 emails over two months the to get a product repaired under warranty (eventually it was repaired).
