and there is no proper support available. I have been forced to follow up through emails only and so far I have sent more than 30 emails regarding the same issue.

I even sent the Dreame Robo Vacuum back to the company for repair months ago, but there has still been no proper resolution or update. Every time I follow up, I receive a completely different response from a different team member, with no consistency, accountability, or actual help provided.

No one from the company has even bothered to call and discuss the issue properly. This has been one of the most frustrating after-sales service experiences I have ever dealt with.

I would strongly recommend others to think twice before purchasing from Dreame unless they are prepared to deal with extremely poor customer service and endless follow-ups.

barefoot and I do now because the floors are so clean. I really like the self cleaning function on the unit and roller drying function. I bought this unit because of the steam function which is great. Great feature for stubborn stains on hard wood floors. I recommend this product to everyone wanting a great wet dry vacuum. Battery life is better than other cleaners I’ve used in the past but still only lasts about 50 minutes on Auto
