Long story short but ended up in hospital in America and 1cover come to the rescue, Thank you . We have rebooked for overseas trip and would not look elsewhere. Worst worst worst company ever, I was scammed by another insurance company while I was overseas, so I had to get new cover. However I clearly stated that I was ALREADY overseas, came home to make a few claims from the trip, and 1 cover said I couldn’t claim a thing as I was already overseas!!!! I have been a 1 Cover customer for years, travelling multiple times per year. For the first time I had to put in a claim and the outcome has been very disappointing. I lost my Apple Watch in the water in Greece. after submitting my original invoice, 1 Cover finally approved the claim, however deducted. more than 60% depreciation on my claim, very disappointing. travelled to Germany for Christmas and would not have had to fork out an additional €7k on flights when she passed away. Didn’t need to use any other part of the “possible cover” so can’t comment on the rest. Thanks 1Cover Travel Insurance for a rather costly kick in the guts whilst my world was falling to pieces already.

Thank you for helping my friend who fractured her ankle in Bali. We tried to call Air Asia to arrange a wheelchair and a different seat. Had no luck. Rang 1 cover who answered in one ring. Don’t do it!! – PDS FULL of loopholes. Used them consistently for five years and the first time I need to make a claim it was denied. I probably should’ve read the public disclosure statement earlier and realized that is heavily designed towards claim denial. Show details

INSURANCE COVER WHILST OVERSEAS – We took out Insurance Cover whilst travelling to Bali recently. Very easy to do through the website and we were happy with what we paid. We were very honest advising my husband was on hbp tablets and has his medication under control. We believe in Travel Insurance for peace of mind and lucky for us we did not have to claim. Failure on Policy extension and update – Over 1 week of emails to extend policy and add a Destination , eventually ( 10 days since initial contact ) received a new Incorrect policy without the added Destination .
