Received faulty compression socks. Customer service make the returns process as tiresome and inconvenient as possible. Initially I would have been happy with a replacement but now I just want my money back and to never have to deal with them again.

This experience has completely broken my trust in 2XU. I will never purchase from them online again, and I strongly caution others to think twice before ordering. A reputable brand should value customer trust, not waste time and create frustration with such poor service.

Within 3 months the stitching has come all undone and when I tried to get a replacement they no longer have the gold and told me I had spend anther $70 for the same pants in black I just want them replaced I got them due to medical conditions and they are meant to be medical grade low quality product don’t waste your money Show details

regular occurrence and needs to be looked at by the relevant regulatory body in Australia. I would not recommend this online shop because support seems insufficient and inadequate and they failed to deliver in their promise of a 15% welcome discount.

of problem with low denier, hence they could be see through if you are wearing the wrong size. They have fixed that with their new stock and that is no longer a problem.

Rely on them for my runs – LOVE my 2xu compression gear. I have owned several pairs of full length and 3/4 compression tights. they have lasted for 5 years and still held shape so well. They are really good while i go on my runs and help with recovery. I have worn other tights that have left me feeling extremely sore afterwards. 2xu is expensive but worth the coin Show details

** Update ** Finally managed to send the items back, two parcels. One was refunded the other is "missing". 2xu is by far the worst for returns when ordering online. No number to contact anyone (retail staff can't talk to humans verbally). Their head office has a message "this is a comercial line, for customer service email xxx". Terrible experience. Won't use again. Next stop, NSW Fair Trading.

Non-existent customer service – I received an incomplete order, one item of three was missing. I contacted 2XU four times over the course of a month - no response. tried to go through the online returns and it wouldn’t accept it as it was out of the 30 days policy. A bit difficult as the product was bought in November for Xmas. So then I went back to them to ask what could be done. And gave them the alternative tights name that would be a great swap. it was cheaper by $40.00. They refused to take my tights back and told me a different product was also not doable. So buyer beware if the product is not what you wanted you are stuck. I have always loved the product from 2xu. But will not be buying anything online. This must be against the online trading rules. Products should be able to be returned if not suitable. Really unprofessional for a big company!

Deceitful Advertising and poor customer service – I ordered some socks and was sucked in with the 10% off first order when you become a member. After not getting a code automatically to enter to get discount I contacted via email twice to ask how to get the code to get the discount to no avail. Will NEVER order another product from this deceitful, misleading company. Hope 2XY is happy with themselves. Lost a potential customer for good.

Terrible customer service. Product never arrived. No refund – I do not recommend dealing with this company online. I purchased two products online that never arrived and customer service was unresponsive. I received no refund. Their chat is not operational and they have no phone numbers they can be contacted on.

Not That Good – Grabbed the MCS X Training Comp Tights on the 15/8/19 & first used on the 24/2/20. waist, hips & glutes. Always pulling back up which is annoying & in saying this, the muscle mapping areas are affected as they are not staying in the position they are meant too. Above the ankle is an issue to, this area rides up as it can't sag. This has been an issue from day one. Losing thread/s from the crotch seam & not a little, quite a bit. This has been an issue for the last 2 months. Usage of the 2XU tights is 1 - 2 times a week, so no heavy usage here & I use the Skins the other 1 - 2 a week. My old Skins A400 series tights that are over 2 years older, better in all departments. I "won't" buy 2XU again.

Disappointing. Owned for less than 2 months before the strings came apart from the seam - expensive mistake – I contacted 2XU customer service about a warranty, which on their website is listed as available for purchases under 12 months. Never received my order or responses to emails. Thank goodness for PayPal – Placed a large order during Boxing Day sales, order wasn’t sent for 2 months and 2XU ignored my emails. Raised a PayPal dispute eventually, it was the only way I received my money back. Still no word from 2XU. Just strange...noticed retail staff aren’t much different, you’re ignored at all their B&M locations too. I refuse to even buy their products from a reseller now, or use them at all.

make up for their terrible customer service, or that maybe I’d like something else. And then when I looked online the products I ordered were still available to purchase. I emailed them back saying I don’t want a refund, I want what I ordered and I’ve seen they’re still online, however no one responded (standard!), and eventually I received my refund, (which was a couple of dollars less than I paid).

It’s disgusting customer service and I will never purchase from them again, nor do I recommend that others do either.

Happy to take your money however no service and no way to contact them. Probably the worst online shopping service going.

confirmation email from Paypal & 2xu that card was coming via email but it never came. It should have only taken 1hour. I emailed them twice with no reply so I contacted Paypal Resolutions. They contacted 2xu and after giving them a about one & a half weeks to reply I received a refund. I now plan to buy some pants elsewhere as I will not trust 2xu again. Thank goodness I went through Paypal they are fantastic at helping customers when sellers do the wrong thing.

Absolute worst customer service – Ordered items online that were not delivered, when emailed the customer service email I got ZERO responses , called the help number on the packing list and its disconnected. there was no compression feature. I have an older full length 2XU compression pair (high rise with drawstring) which I love and which I compared the 3/4 length ones with. My older ones aren't see through and feel nice and tight around my legs.

The other pair I ordered were completely missing and still have not been delivered. I didn't even receive any communication from 2XU as to why they weren't included, yet they have my money.

I'm so disappointed.
