We read the reviews and took a risk due to short notice and budget. We wish we didn't now. They let us down at the last minute and weren't able to do the job this morning. This was for a final inspection on Monday leaving us totally in the lurch. Nightmare! My recommendation - head the warnings and don't risk it! Show details
Never again. Took my money upfront. Never called me to check the job when they finished. Didn't touch the oven. Carpets were still dirty. Customer support was terrible. Needed to hire additional cleaning services to get the house clean.

Booked them more than 30 days in advance for end of lease cleaning. They cancelled three times in a row, the original day and both of their rescheduling. have a deadline to hand back the keys as most people do. Wasted my time travelling back and forth to be cancelled on and promised that it will happen the next day. There are better, more reliable, and cheaper cleaners around. Don’t use these people.

Dishonest Cleaners – Watch out for these cleaners, the 365 Cleaners, they do dodgy jobs and do not follow the agreed job. They do not have the right cleaning equipments nor use proper cleaning agents for spotless results like other cleaning companies use. hired them just to clean 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and the kitchen. They did not clean the showers and the oven but when a complaint was lodged staff were defensive of their workers and said it was not an end of lease cleaning. They also refused to complete the work or refund part of my payment so I can pay another cleaner to finish the job. Do not waste your money on the "365 Cleaners". The same people who own the CBD Movers, another bunch of deceptive people.

I have been scammed by cleaners in this company. If the good reviews are genuine, then this business does not vet their cleaners and has their customers playing russian roulette. Arrived 1 hr 10 minutes late, asked me to pay upfront (which I foolishly did) and did not provide the services I paid for. I paid for a bond clean with carpet cleaning and the carpets were not even vaccumed when I returned.

Do not hire these cleaners. This was easily the worst end-of-lease clean we’ve experienced in NSW. dishwasher was not cleaned at all.
The dishwasher/mixer cycle appeared to have been stopped halfway, with water still left inside.
Kitchen benchtops were still dusty.
The laundry door still had visible stains and marks.
Ceiling fans in all rooms were still dusty. The shower looked superficially clean, but soap scum remained along the bottom of the tiles.
Large marks on the living room wall were still present and could have been easily wiped off.
Carpets were supposedly steam cleaned but were left with stains and a sticky residue, particularly in the living room and hallway.
Windows still had wipe marks and sticky residue left over from privacy film that had been removed prior to vacating.
For $490, and for a service advertised as an “End of Lease Clean,” we expected a professional job that did not require constant supervision.
They are returning tomorrow for a follow-up clean; however, they are now refusing to clean certain items (including the dishwasher), which leaves us concerned about recovering our full bond.
Do yourself a favour and hire cleaners recommended by your real estate agent instead.

told me the cleaning team would arrive at 10 a.m., but they ended up arriving at 4 p.m. I spent the entire morning waiting for them for nothing. Even worse, they sent only one person, when previously they had sent two for a smaller apartment. The lady they sent was clearly in a hurry—she probably finished work at 5 p.m.—and she tried to clean everything quickly. I had to leave for some urgent errands while she worked, and when I returned she said she was almost done. I managed to check a bit before she left and asked her to clean some areas she had missed, such as the window glass and parts of the floor she hadn’t cleaned because my suitcases were there for the move. After she left, and once the floor had dried, I inspected again and noticed that the bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned, nor were the kitchen cabinets. I had to clean them myself because it was my last day in the apartment, hoping those were the only things missing. As expected, a few days later I received a complaint from my landlord asking for the cleaning to be redone because the job had been inadequate. The underside of the toilet seat was dirty, as well as the kitchen rangehood, parts of the countertop, and the cabinets. When I tried to contact the company to make use of their bond-back guarantee, they took a long time to respond, and when they finally did, they claimed they had done a good job and that the guarantee did not apply—an absolute lie. In the end, I had to ask my landlord to deduct the cleaning from the bond so it could be done properly. I am truly very upset with this company. They do terrible work, they arrive late, and they refuse to honor their guarantee by insisting they did a good job. I do not recommend them at all and strongly advise you never to hire them.

come in with, and had actually left most of the house dirtier than we left it. Bits of trash left all over the floor that wasn’t vacuumed, and then mopped around the rooms. Dirty smear marks all over everything. Got in contact with the company which took another week to get the cleaners back out. They sent the same people who turned up again with just a mop a spray bottle and a single cloth each. I watched them this time and I wouldn’t even call what they did a “quick once over”. They were “done” in less than an hour (for a 3 bed, 3.5 bath triple storey townhouse) and conveniently tried to tell me I couldn’t enter to inspect because the floor was wet, I did anyway. The house had no improvement, again they’d done a half assed wipe of everything. I called them back in and pointed out things that clearly wouldn’t pass an exit inspection and was met with huffs and puffs, getting a teenager to clean would’ve been easier! I noticed my shower screen again hadn’t even been attempted, to which the cleaner swore they had tried cleaning but the cloudiness and soap scum wasn’t coming off (hilarious) I showed him tha it came off with my finger and he still refused to “re”-clean it. I asked about the debris that the mop kept moving around and if the vacuumed “we were told not to bring a vacuum”. Full of lies these two were. My housemate called their customer support line and reported that the job again wasn’t being done to which the cleaners told them “we were only done one section and were getting the inspection done” HUH?!? This goes on and I’m pointing more things out and they’re getting progressively more annoyed that they have to actually do their job, at one point they go out to the street and call out to me on the balcony “we done we all good?” And I have to call them BACK up because the inpsection hadn’t even finished. I point out more things and when my back is turned I hear footsteps RUN down the stairs and they’re gone. Car already started and off they go. Dealing with the case manager for this job was ridiculous, 3 business days on the dot for every response jus to be told “the cleaner says they did their job diligently” even with all our pictures. We ended up having to spend half a day doing the actual cleaning ourselves just to get our bond back. We are now in the process of taking this to VCAT

They repeatedly and inappropriately demanded a formal report from the landlord, even though the keys had not yet been handed over. While they eventually agreed to a second attempt, the subsequent clean showed no discernible improvement from the first. Due to the keys being handed over and the property manager's understandable reluctance to continue dealing with this company, I ultimately incurred a significant loss of my bond. The company's advertised "100% bond back guarantee" is demonstrably false. Furthermore, they refused a refund, instead arguing that I should have been present to supervise the cleaning, which is an absurd defense for a failed professional service. I would strongly advise against using this company. Their advertising is deceptive, their service is substandard, and their refusal to honor their guarantee or provide a refund is egregious. I am prepared to escalate this matter further.

is meaningless—because they require a full inspection report from the real estate agency first. My agency refused to inspect as the house clearly needed cleaning. I had to hire another business to do the job properly.
To make it worse, after I posted a negative review, they called offering me $50 to remove it. This is unprofessional, unethical, and dishonest.
Do not trust their promises. You’ll risk losing your money, your bond, and your peace of mind.

They underquote by leaving rooms out so the cheap quote turns out to not be cheap. Took the money, turned up late, did a tiny fraction of the clean. Took a week to then book a reclean, but never showed up. Then lied about having done the reclean. I feel utterly scammed. Do not use!
Follow-up · Follow up is they totally double downed sending photos of random clean things that weren’t in dispute and trying to cite small print about me needing to be on site when they turned up for the reclean (even though they never once showed up when they said they would). I’ve taken the matter to VCAT. Will likely take a year to resolve but I maintain this company are scammers of the worst kind.

I booked 365 cleaners on the 3rd December 2025 for an end of lease clean for Unit 5, 102 Oakleigh Road Carnegie, scheduled for 7-9am Saturday 20th December 2025. I paid a $50 deposit and was told the full service, which included steam carpet… Read more
cleaning for 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 hallway, as well as wall spot cleaning, balcony cleaning and bathroom and toilet cleaning, would cost $400 total. I booked with [Name Removed].
I confirmed these details on Friday 19th December with [Name Removed]. Saturday 20th December, I receive a call from [Name Removed] at 7.08am informing me that the cleaning team assigned to clean my apartment would no longer be able to make it today and we need to reschedule for tomorrow. As my housemate, [Name Removed], was already at the premises waiting for the cleaners to arrive, I requested that the service is done later but on the same day. I told [Name Removed] I would discuss with my housemate and call back. I called back at 7.15am and spoke to [Name Removed]. [Name Removed] transferred me to another department, with whom I was "on hold" for 9 minutes before the call was terminated by 365 Cleaners.
I called back and spoke to [Name Removed] briefly before he started pretending he couldn't hear me. He terminated the call. I called back numerous times. The call was picked up but no one was speaking. The call was terminated numerous times.
I eventually spoke to [Name Removed] again. [Name Removed] told me the cleaners were no longer available and we needed to reschedule to tomorrow (21st December). I told him I needed the service completed today. We went back and forth and he kept telling me the cleaners "might" come today between 10am and 4pm. I told him this is unacceptable- we are not going to wait around all day on the off chance a cleaning team "might" come today. Eventually he told me no cleaning teams were available today and my only option was to reschedule for tomorrow. I caved and agreed because we need the clean and we are aware of 365 cleaners rescheduling policy requiring full payment for day-of cancellations.
Sunday 21st December, the cleaning crew shows up around 7.45am. The cleaners discuss payment with my housemate and quote him $700 for the job and tells him to pay before the service is commenced. My housemate informs the cleaners that the service was quoted at $400, not $700. The cleaners insist there is more carpet than they were informed of, which is not true. I told [Name Removed] in detail exactly which areas had carpet and needed to be cleaned. The cleaners eventually accepted the agreed upon $400. The cleaners kept insisting my housemate leaves the apartment while they complete the service. Given all of this company's conduct so far, my housemate informed them that he will be staying onsite to ensure the clean is completed.
My housemate went to inspect the property today before returning our keys to our real estate agent and found the cleaners have completed nearly none of the agreed upon services aside from the carpet cleaning. The bathroom has not been cleaned at all and was very visibly dirty and dusty. The walls were not spot cleaned. The balcony was not cleaned at all. The apartment was left very dirty with nearly no evidence of a $400 clean being conducted.
My housemate has attempted to rectify the situation through 365 Cleaners and has been repeatedly denied any further assistance despite the company offering free re-cleans and having a "bond back guarantee". As a result, we obviously failed our post end of lease inspection
We are absolutely furious at the way this whole situation has been handled. This company has been consistently sketchy and unprofessional and has failed to complete the service they are contractually obliged to provide.
Follow-up · This company does customer service just as poorly as they clean. After going back and forth for weeks, the best they could offer me was a $100 refund. We didn't take the re-clean because we had to give our keys back the day after the clean. Had to go through the bank and the bank has agreed to do a charge back.

Took my money in advance (I’m a fool, I know) and then didn’t clean at all. Not a bad cleaning job, but everything was still dusty, dirty and easily wipeable stains still present. Currently in dispute and do not recommend, purely a scam.

timeslot, the cleaners failed to show up for more than 30 hours. Throughout this entire delay, nobody contacted me, updated me, or explained what was happening. I had to chase them myself multiple times waiting for average 15-20 mins on the line to speak to someone in Sales or Customer service team. Must have called at least 7-8 times but all went to deaf ears.
Just before they were finally supposed to start cleaning after finally deciding to send someone (2 guys) at my property, they changed the quoted price ($130 more than the decided price), even though it had already been agreed upon beforehand.
What made things even more unprofessional was that they sent me a Google review link before doing any work at all, which felt inappropriate and misleading.
On top of all of this, they told me they could not guarantee a clean shower room (I have 2), which is a basic expectation from a professional cleaning service.
And the WORST PART? After two days of delays, confusion, and zero accountability, the cleaners left without cleaning the property at all. This is especially problematic because my property manager is inspecting the place today, and this situation now risks my 4‑week bond refund — something that could have been completely avoided if the company had simply communicated and honored their commitment.
Overall, this experience has caused me unnecessary stress, wasted time, and real financial risk. I’m sharing this so that future customers can be fully aware of what happened before choosing this service.

them in and leaving, I’m getting called saying there is an addition charge of ($450) ( equivalent to an ENTIRE standard end of lease cleaning btw!). Reason being there are 16 additional glass fixtures (Mirrors on the wardrobe, the windows in the unit and balcony sliding glass doors apparently are not part of the unit and are chargeable!) The carpet as it is over 10 years old is needing to be replaced anyway per Victorian tenancy laws, but the cupboards were not cleaned, the skirting boards were not cleaned, the walls were not cleaned.
I don't understand how I have had other cleaners come through the property during my tenancy to spruce up the place and were able to do a more presentable job with in their 2 hours than what this cleaner could do in the time she was there, not to mention I was charged extra for a sub-par job.
Do not use this company! I only booked with this company as I booked a move with their sister company CBD movers, which I have also left a terrible review for as that has been a very stressful journey trying to gain compensation for damages to property and equipment.

freshly steam cleaned apartment. In reality they did not want us going inside because we would have seen that they did absolutely nothing to clean our apartment. After complaining to the company they just reply with generic responses, telling us to refer to their terms and conditions and that refunds are not possible. They offered us a $50 voucher to use for the next time we use their service, which i obviously do not want and then a $100 refund, which i did not accept, as i want a full refund. They only really offer to reclean the things that a landlord is unsatisfied with after their inspection, which was not necessary for us because we ended up doing all the cleaning ourselves. I don't know why they offer the bond back guarantee and recleaning offer when they don't do any cleaning in the first place. Seriously, do not use this company.
Follow-up · I have been going back and fourth with them for months and they keep referring me to their dodgy terms and conditions. This company is a scam.
