advised that we would get a call when the bike came in. Over two weeks later had to call the store for an update to learn that the bike was in store and ready to be collected. On the same day we went to pick up the bike at 5pm and get the refund only to witness two staff members closing up an hour early. We were given no explanation other than an apology that they were no longer open. Waste of time and energy. Hope the bike is worth all of this and will not likely go back to this store to get the service.

Absolutely crap product – What a rip off I spent $3200 on two bikes that literally started falling apart within six months then when I took it back, it wasover the warranty period and they still looked like brand new. is an effort to speak to me and I feel rushed. No doubt they are busy but customer service is what it’s all about. C’mon guys. Surely you can do better.

I must say, I have purchased two or three bikes from 99 Bikes Penrith Ethan in particular. SAD, FELT NOT VALUED AS CUSTOMERS – We followed up our order by emai, we did not receive any ACKNOWLEDGMENT REPLY, and we did not receive a REPLY to our inquiry. following day so, we visited the Store again only to be told the person who was supposed to assemble our Bike did not report to work. Our sentiment is WHY ARE WE BEING TREATED THIS BAD? We DON’T feel valued. We feel ignored and dismissed. We only want to be given the courtesy of being informed on the status of our order. It has been more than two weeks now since we ordered the Bike. Isn’t it our CONSUMER RIGHT to be updated?

Great Service – Went in to Penrith 99 bikes for chain install. Joseph handled our request professionally,Promptly and constantly informing us of the repairs. Gave us advise on maintenance n tips of longevity of bike. Would highly recommend. Show details ·  1
