Just walked out of there, terrible service. Rude brown man very unhelpful telling us “it’s too busy on weekends to test ride, people steal them” 3 professionals in our 40’s…. I said well we want to buy today but need to test drive….. nothing. Well done losing at least $10k in sales.
I bought a Pedal Thrasher from here in January, I was unable to use it til April and what a heap of [Content Removed]! I've ridden it 8 times and every time it feels worse, noisy cranks, uncomfortable riding and all round a horrible bike! Don't buy any PEDAL bikes as absolute GARBAGE! The store service was great and I'm not reviewing that but the bike is [Content Removed]! Anyone wants one they can buy this off me for $250. Show details

obstinate tyres from the rim. Pricewise it was a lot cheaper than my local shop. I have chosen to be car-less so transporting an "injured" bicycle is a problem otherwise I would definately change from my current bike shop which is only 600m away. Thanks Stephen. Great Scott! – My wife was looking for a new hardtail mountain bike. She hadn`t bought a bike for over 30 years. Scott served her and was brilliant. bottle holder and rat trap pedals, all of which Scott was more than happy to fit while we waited. He gave us a good discount and then took the time to explain the different bike carriers for cars. He got help from more experienced salespeople when required. We didn`t buy one at the time but will be back for it. A brilliant experience all round.
Top level service – Had trouble with the rear derailer on my grandson's mtb, wouldn't work at all. Rang 99 bikes Ashmore and they said to bring it in anytime and they would diagnose the issue and a price to fix it. They spent 20 minutes diagnosing the problem (which they didn't charge for), then gave me a very fair price to fix it which was done later in the week. Thanks guys, great service, very happy. feeling they don’t care about customers jobs that much as they put my receipt on the bin within 10 min while I was there.
Long story short , it’s been taking 5 weeks and I still haven’t received the scooter. They never called me to give me an update. And when I finally got sick of calling them and not getting a straight answer , I went to their Shop and they said the supplier repair team is working on it . So many times I ask to talk with their store manager and I never had any luck. reached out to their head office and still nothing happened and haven’t heard from anyone from the store . And finally o got in touch directly with supplier after they’re denying giving me the supplier’s number and I realised they had my scooter in their shop for nearly 2 weeks before they send it .

Disorganised and frankly hopeless – Ordered a click and collect bike online. Checked it was available in store. Received a call that actually the bike wasn't in store and needed to be ordered. Okay. Fine. Delivery of the bike would take 5 days. One week later I call to double check the delivery came. It's due tomorrow and would take a day or two to assemble. But they will call… Read more
when it's ready. Okay no worries. Wait another week, no call. At this point it's been over two weeks for a click and collect bike. The store doesn't pick up so I'm directed to the national hotline. They check the system, the bike is ready. Slightly mad I didn't receive a call I ask the national line to get the store to give me a call so I can organise to pick up. Wait another week, no call. I call again, still nobody picking up at the physical location so directed to national hotline. They again tell me the bike is ready. I again ask them to tell the store to call me so I KNOW it's ready. The store calls late in the afternoon letting me know the bike has been ready for weeks. It's a month in on my click and collect now. By the time I can organise to collect my bike, another four days have passed. Once in the shop, they apologise and let me know I'll need to wait another 20 minutes for my bike to be assembled. I like to think I'm a patient person, but having to wait OVER a month for what was supposed to be a click and collect order is too much. The lack of communication and care I received was simply appalling.
