Zero understanding of customer service – Dissapointed after purchasing two brand new E-Scooters for work (fun way for office staff to commute between buildings 1.5 km apart), unpacked them, one had a broken locking clip, returned it less than 24 hours later, but the shop refused to exchange the item. in order not to compromise the experience of my staff (looking forward to having a scooter at each office), I had to buy a third scooter, and now mess around with getting reimbursed for the broken one. Can't understand how they can make a faulty product they've chosen to stock and sell a significant problem for the customer.

or vehicle. Drop off Saturday 22nd and pick up Thursday 28th of June. Bike was serviced by 27th. Four days for a bike service is beyond ridiculous when a car service takes half a day at most. I specifically explained to the technician that: -the bike needs the gear shifter adjusted as it won't shift properly -it displayed error 008 temporarily one time -rear hydraulic brake had to be bled. -have the chain replaced since i was told it was 50% worn and at 75% it needs to be replaced and i don't get the chance to travel there. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tonight 1st of July i had a test ride and i find the following: -digital display is fairly loose and out of regular position -rear brake was bled and ok as required but the front was left untouched, one brake is great the other very average. I guess unless the baby cries no feeding is their motto. -chain was not replaced as confirmed over the phone given that it only cost $25 -above all the shifting was left untouched so it makes riding a nightmare and chain is likely to snap sooner or later if i don't very carefully skip a gear or two. If tuned gears and brakes has been done then you the customers have a very good reason to take your money elsewhere to qualified mechanics that know how to tune gears.
I will be sure to support the local mechanic and order the gear from a closer competitor rather trying to stick with a brand. I'm giving 2** to this place because some sales people are decent here, 3*** go because of the service department.

5 Star Service – Went into store to purchase tyres, grips, pedal and gloves for sons mountain bike. We were greeted as we walked in then asked if we needed help within 30 seconds. The gentleman helped us with our options of tyres and all other parts. Very knowledgeable in all areas. Answered all our questions and gave us many helpful tips thoughout the experience. Mechanics service – Had my bike serviced by a delightful young gentleman called Louis. His customer service is above and beyond what I would have expected for such a basic bit of work. No problem seemed too hard and he clearpybwanted the best outcome for me and that really came through. Good custumer service – Rang to enquire regarding faulty bike light that was still covered under warranty; spoke with one team member that advised me to contact the supplier directly; I did this however realised that the supplier would not get back to me for a number of days due to NY celebrations et cetera. I rang back, and asked again, and another team member said they would exchange it. Perhaps the initial team member would have benefitted from knowing this. Show reply
