Great service and sales – We went in for a look at a kids mountain bike and walked out with an order. My daughter had her heart set on one expensive bike just for the Elsie colour but she would quickly outgrow this choice and the team talked us into a better deal that would last her longer between upgrades.

Fail Bike Service – new that my bike needed a service and a new chain but i also wanted my back wheel to be trued up, was soled a full service picked up my bike today chain fitted and was clean but back wheel was not touched. so i don't think the guy cared what i was saying when i dropped it off. got a sale on chain sold and full service job done, i been going there for years and really the only time i felt let down.

On ya bike – Was wanting to buy some shoes for spin classes which I managed to find a great pair. The staff were very knowledgeable and installed the cleats before I left which was great. Show details

Don’t use this store for bicycle repairs – I went to 99 bikes as I thought was a reputable store and would provide a quality service. I was seeking a rear rim upgrade for my ebike . dodged up a rim using a spare motor. So computer etc wasn’t working on the bicycle which means I had to ride it illegally. Not much of an apology or discount from manager just a nightmare of a repair. Go elsewhere for bicycle mechanical repairs

First visit – I wanted a tube for a baby pram wheel. Cristen looked at my tube with torn valve stem, got a suitable replacement and explained it wasn’t thornproof. He let me join the 99Bikes Club before I paid. I’m happy to come back any time we need. Show details ·  1

Great work, great service – Dropped in my bike after it had been in the shed for 15 years. The guys fully explained all they needed to do, called me when there were some extra bits and pieces, and handed me back a bike I hardly recognised. For all the work and parts they used it represented fantastic value for money. They have a customer for life (if I don't get run over re-learning how to ride). Show reply

Excellent service from the sales team – Went to 99 Bikes in Marion and the young sales man was not helpful at all, I asked to change a basket over which his reply was simply can't do it, even though we did see the bike with the basket on the previous week. Shane's customer service was brilliant – Took my bike in to repaired and serviced, Shane noticed a small crack in the frame which could have been easily missed. Ended up coming back with the family and Shane provided us advice and assistance. We weren't rushed, got to test bikes and ended up buying 4 bikes. Shane was a champion – Had organised to buy a second e bike after enjoying riding my wife's, so drove 3 hours to collect mine - and get her's its first service. there had been a mis-communication re the service and the workshop was flat out. Shane manage to slip the service in - and although they were under the pump, he did so with fantastic customer service - nothing too much trouble! Rare service these days indeed! Show details ·  1

You have no bikes in stock? – I had a quote for two E Bikes, and when I went to buy them, you didn’t have any in stock, not just at the Noarlunga Store but any store in SA! No Cube or Merida in really any size, other stores had one in stock in one size and that’s it? A complete waste of time, told it would be a couple of months if we ordered them.
