picked up. The cost wasn't as much as I was expecting as they were able to clean and re-grease an existing part that I thought would need replacing.
The mid-week phone call was friendly and the in-store service was honest and easy to understand. When the time comes to buy a new bike, I'll be going there for advice. Thanks guys!
50 year old bicycle Restoration – I decided to restore my childhood bike. After going to several bike shops and getting nowhere. I spoke to Andy and explained it was more than just a bike to me. I told him what I wanted and he said what options were doable. After a couple of conversations I think we were on the same page. So I left it in his hands.Picked it up today and it looks fantastic. Great help – Went into the Carrum Downs store to inquire about a bike that would suit my purposes. I am 68 with a bad back and other issues. Looking for a particular helmet I was serviced by Vince who informed me there was no stock at the store, however Bayswater had SOH. After waiting just over a week for the stock to arrive, I collected the helmet from Carrum Downs and was served by Vince again, but when I questioned their price match policy against pushys.com.au as it was 35% cheaper, he stated he couldn't do anything to match/ or beat it?? Same product, with free delivery! I'm a club member, paid the 'joining fee' but still feel fleeced! Do your research before shopping here!

Quote issues – Went in to have crank replaced, with all the parts they wanted to replace as well, and service, it was going to cost around $300 to $400. After discussing further they told me they would do it for around $200. When I received the quote it was for around $140. On completion I went to pay , they advised me it was $200. Great staff on phone and also in store help – I spoke to James on the phone and he answered my queries very patiently. He also helped me load the bikes in my car. Nathan in store helped me to find the perfect sizes for my kids. He gave us a very good price on bikes we selected. True gentleman!
