I have never bought a boke from the store but I have bought plenty of parts for the bokes we own. We own about 20 bikes ranging from very young children to adults. bought a bike from the store is because all the bikes we own were purchased second hand or left of the side of the road for council to take.
The staff are also very helpful in providing advice on how to fix a bike we find or someone gives to us.
I think the store and the way they are run is exceptional. Also, it appears as if the staff actually know a lot about bikes.
Booked my bike in for service and after paying $159 there was hardly any difference to the brakes, chain, lost screws, tyres. Very disappointing as they used to be terrific. Show details

have it in stock, no apologies, a real attitude when I asked for one to be bought in from another store over the next week (he wanted me to drive a further 15km across town to find one), then as I was literally driving away he approached my car to say I had to leave a deposit in order for the other store to send the rack. Who does this? I said I wouldn't because I don't trust that it will necessarily fit my bike, I will pay once I see it installed in-store to make sure it fits, especially because one of their technicians caused this f-up in the first place... He didn't seem phased when I said I would go elsewhere. Incredibly rude. Won't be dealing with 99 bikes again would rather more more elsewhere.

Perfect customer service and great brake fix – I had an inconsistency in my TRP rear brake, and after a quick phone call to Jack, he diagnosed the problem straight away, and managed to fit me into the workshop that afternoon. Great customer service – I had a great experience bringing my TT bike in to the workshop. I called the day before and they said just bring it down and they'd have a look at an issue i had with my gears, no need to book. Above and beyond – Dropped my mountain bike in for a long overdue service. The mechanic, Michael went above and beyond to get the old bike up and running again including helping me find parts that are not exactly off the shelf.
