Workshop were nothing short of exceptional. Great customer service. Walked in off the street to ask about my bike not changing gears, the technician said without hesitation, "let me have a look now, if i can help will do it straight away, if not we can do it after new year". 5 Min later he had sorted my problem. Perfect experience – I went to the store for buying new tire and tube. I planned to buy them and do it myself by watching YouTube but they offered only $10 service to change them so I asked it. New bike broke after 1,2 days of riding. But good customer service – Matt was quick in his job, even though the new bike broke after 1,2 days of purchase (a problem with the bolt of the front derailleur got loose). But at least the bike works fine again, thanks to Matt. Friendly, honest and a pleasure to deal with – Went in for browse on Ebikes, had no idea where to start. Chris was very helpful with all his knowledge and expertise. Started at the most basic bike which was a ripper , then asked about the German built Cube , no intention of buying i just wanted to compare. And wow Went for a test ride, i was blown away. We left a positive / negative review on their own website after buying a $1400 bike and they deleted It. Dont bother – The fact 99 Bikes delete the negative comments of their customers from their website should tell you all you need to know. Take a look at their website, you’ll see what I mean. It’s the negative feedback you allow when you really don’t want anyone to see your customers negative feedback. Positive feedback is published in full. Disappointing and evasive on the part of 99 Bikes.
