The best cleaner yet! – Absolute Domestics have been so helpful catering to my cleaning needs. I have used them for nearly 2 years now and the cleaners they have provided have always been excellent. My current cleaner, Ann, is the best yet, and has been able to fit so much more into a 2 hour clean than I ever could. Lyn - my domestic goddess! – With a very heavy and ever increasing work load, I finally started to get help and outsource some of these tasks. Well done – I've been with the firm for 4/5 years and had a number of cleaners over this time. Whilst there has been variability in quality of cleaners my latest cleaner is wonderful. Not good enough – Hello. Today I had two cleaners from your service come and clean my apartment as a bond clean before we moved out on Sunday. Upon their arrival, I gave your cleaners a detailed yet manageable list of things that needed to be cleaned as given to me by my landlord. with my initial inspection. I paid 340 dollars for a few hours work and they left.

Now I believed they'd done a good job, but that's perhaps because I'm a man and I don't take full notice of all things domestic. But I have to say they missed a lot of work out that was needed on the list. I was told because my apartment was furnished, the cleaners were unable to clean the shelves as they didn't want to risk breaking anything. And that's fair enough. But when that involves literally not cleaning any of the indoor cupboards then that's a bit silly (how clumsy must they be to avoid literally everything in the fear they'll drop it). The top of all the art work in the apartment is really dusty, as is the aircon vents, as is the extractor fan above the oven (all these items were mentioned on the list I provided)

Now, for over three hundred dollars I expected a better job in all honesty. I now have to miss a shift of work tomorrow in order to do all the work still not done. Including mopping the balcony, which I still don't understand why it wasn't done. My apartment is small with 1 bed and 1 bath, it does not take an army to clean it.

For the price I pad, I am very disappointed with your service and I shall be warning all my friends (who's leases are expiring end of this month) to avoid your company and find somewhere cheaper and better (as I wish I'd done).

the oven door ( double glass ) to get rid of the marks in between.!! Walls, windows, kitchen , Bathroom - everything sparkled!! Even the Real Estate Agent was amazed :-)
