with another company. You really need to do better. I gave you two stars on job satisfaction. When your cleaners turned up, they did a good job. But, twice they failed to show, and ghosted the customer. Not good at all.

Friendly cleaner, floors and bathrooms sparkling clean, beds neatly made, benches and kitchen wiped over. Very happy with the service!

Sharon is a good cleaner, easy to talk to, comfortable to be around. She is always on time and works quickly. Happy to recommend

Amazing – I have been using Absolute for over a year and I can only praise the organisation and the cleaners. I had a great couple looking after my house and they always went the extra mile to ensure everything was beautifully clean and maintained. Unfortunately they had to move but without missing a beat Absolute found me a replacement and she was fantastic too. I can’t recommend Absolute Domestics highly enough.

Excellent service – Our cleaner, Mark Stanley, provides a very high standard of service. As a person who has worked as a cleaner before, I cannot get over how much Mark achieves in the 2 hours he is at my house. He uses natural products and man power to deep clean areas I would never have ventured. His knowledge in cleaning, his work ethic and his personable trustworthy nature, make for a faultless service. Show reply

The cleaner cancelled 3 times and no replacement – Unfortunately the cleaner made 3 different appointments and cancelled each of them, they couldn't even offer a replacement cleaner. Had to pay 55/hr to get someone on Saturday after cancellations

So helpful with our work load. A life safer! – We really enjoyed having a cleaner as hubby and I have a large work load and found it hard to find the time to the basic housework. It has been very helpful!

Would NEVER recommend to ANYONE! – Sadly I cannot say one positive thing apart from the ladies on the phone being polite. We were allocated a cleaner for 3 hours to simply vacuum and mop our 4×2 home and clean our 2 bathrooms and a small powder room. -The eaner arrived with her own products (not what the service advertised and I prefer my cleaning items to be used in my own home).… Read more

-We left the house and she confirmed the job was manageable in that time frame. -When we returned over 3hours later, she was still here and very flustered, full of excuses such as: her lack of fitness, our house being very large, the en suite shower being an awkward shape to achieve a good finish (it's a rectangle...not sure why she found this difficult), time frame issues, the previous job she had taking too long and being difficult aswell... -When she left, I inspected the house and sadly cannot say that any task was done thoroughly at all. Showers were streaky, with powdery residue on the shower floors. There was still dust on certain bathroom surfaces. Plugs were not cleaned in sinks. Floors throughout the home were left with rubber soled footprints which have taken me ages to try remove. -I contacted the team who asked for photos which I sent. After a week I eventually got a response saying the cleaner felt rushed by my text after 3 hours to confirm she was finished and she, as a private contractor, refused to offer any compensation for her very poor service. And although the manager dealing with it said she agreed with me, she could offer no more than a discount on my next clean. -Further more, apparently due to Covid, no one on one or group training takes place. The cleaners are supposed to watch video tutorials...so suffice to say they are not very well trained and in comparison to professional cleaners, the lack of service we received was below satisfactory. Consequently I have chosen another company to clean for us and it has been like night and day. Shop around before settling for this very disappointing service.

Quality work at reasonable rates – We have a large 5 bed house with 3 teen adults and associated friends. Requiring a save me every week with a factory reset. Our cleaner was prompt, efficient and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Absolute's Domestic service Show reply

Unreliable – Staff are unreliable Service is the same Expensive service compared to local cleaners who are reliable and come with their own products.

Great service all round – The admin support is excellent and the cleaning by Tashi & Kelzangla was quick and thorough. They are polite and covered everything I ask for.  Show reply

Very Professional regarding Accidental Damage – We had some accidental damage caused by our cleaner. Trina at Absolute Domestics was great - very responsive and kept us informed of the whole process. Great cleaner from a great agency! – I have been a client of Absolute Domestics for a number of years and have always had excellent cleaners from them. My most recent cleaner, Birgul, was with me for well over a year and was very detailed with her cleaning, I never had to watch over her as I was always able to trust her to do an excellent job!
