Since your website has ZERO information and half of your links don’t work - why can’t I use my salary packaging card for uber eats? I’ve been with multiple sal sac companies in the last few years and I was able to use EVERY SINGLE one of those cards in delivery apps.

Because Uber eats is a delivery service. The condition of the card is that you Are going out for meals and entertainment. You need to be in the restaurant to pay. There are other ways to Get around this , as in drive through and order via the restaurant to pick up. The reason why you were allowed a few years ago was because of Covid and there were no restaurants open.

I was doing this 2 weeks ago with my old salary sacrifice company - take away and delivery fall under the same classification but I can use my card in takeaway. There is no formal notice from the ATO that they revised this restriction since covid advising delivery was now restricted again.

Multiple other providers allow this and even advertise it, so I want to know, from AccessPay where there information is from the ATO advising it’s been revised.

Just wondering if anyone else has lost meal receipts which are used for meal reimbursement. I sent/mailed over $1000.00 of receipts to access pay to be reimbursed as part of my meal package only to find out the receipts have "disappeared". Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I can't find very much information on the Everyday Savings Program that's attached to the Meal Entertainment Card. Has anyone taken advantage of this? What types of discounts do they offer and are they any good?

Can I use the entertainment card to pay for accommodation through air bnb or wotif? Can I use it for a tourist thing like whale watching? Do I need to use it through a travel agent instead?

Pretty sure you can. Give Accesspay a call, they are very responsive and helpful

Hi, pretty sure you can use it to pay for your B and B but don’t think you can use it for the whale watching trip. Access pay will confirm though

The ph service tricked me!! Said my salary packaging would end up in my debit card - wrong! They have put it in my non-existent Accesspay 'card' that I never owned or agreed to sign up to! I have no way of accessing 3k of my pay. I got paid $611 and the 3k of my hard earned pay - down the toilet thanks to these guys for touching my money and using it how they like without my knowledge, without explaining where my money was actually going! They are a SCAM, FRAUD, THEIVES!!!
