Too early to comment on the quality of furniture as we have pushed delivery out until we need it for our new house (they will also hold our furniture in storage until we are ready).

Hopefully everything will be as good as the display furniture we saw & the service we received.

Once again a huge thank you to Gina. We also visited 3 different Adriatic stores and the customer service from all 3 were excellent. Thanks also to Vanessa, who was also very helpful and professional.

Never buy from the this business. What they show is different to what you get - quality issues - brought the nixon 6 seat modular l chase - and in 2 years I have filing issues not only on top but on sides of the sofa - they show you great material but you get bad ones. INSURANCE PRODUCT NOT HONOURED AND AGGRESSIVE AND INTIMIDATING BEHAVIOUR. It took a month and several follow‑ups before the owner of TFC, [Name Removed], responded. He advised that online claims “often get lost” and asked us to resend all documents and photos by text. After further delays and an in‑person inspection in December 2025, he confirmed he would return to collect the items for repair under the warranty.

When he arrived in February 2026, he informed us that the claim would not be approved, despite having previously reviewed the damage multiple times. When the female present asked for clarification about the policy terms, his behaviour became verbally aggressive and intimidating, leaving her distressed.

We have since reported the matter to Consumer Affairs and advised that any further contact by [Name Removed] will be handled through the appropriate authorities.

We purchased this insurance in good faith based on Adriatic’s recommendation, but the experience with both TFC and Adriatic during the four‑month attempt to resolve the issue has been extremely disappointing. We were ultimately advised that the damage is not covered, and Adriatic has confirmed they will continue recommending TFC.

Overall, a very poor experience.

We'd visited a number of other furniture stores throughout the day, looking for a specific type of couch and had a couple shortlisted. than 2800mm wide, plus it has a recliner option as well. The staff member was extremely friendly, and happy to oblige us with connecting up the couch to power so we could use the recliner function. She provided us with fabric samples and gave a good rundown of the options, costs and everything else. She was brilliant.

We immediately fell in love with the couch as it hit all the briefs (whilst it doesn't have storage that we'd hoped for, everything else was well above what we needed so it was perfect).

The purchase was simple and easy, bank transfer option was fantastic to save on any merchant fees and overall, the quality and range of options in store was fantastic.as mentioned, service was fantastic and above and beyond what we expected.

Will definitely be back to peruse in future.

14 weeks. Communication during this time was difficult to get an answer, they did offer a slight discount although I was almost ready to cancel my order having been so frustrated. I ended up getting two separate deliveries. Once delivered two of my products had faults and I had to request replacements for, I will say this process was easy and they never questioned or disputed it and replacements were delivered a week later. (A work colleague had products delivered at the same time and they also had faults and needed replacements too). I wasn’t super impressed with the overall process or the quality and not sure I would purchase from them again. Having said that I really like my new furniture.

Now energised we got down to business, Carol was centre stage, every bit of information you could think of, her product knowledge was exceptional.

Now unfortunately at the time the price was a little too high for our liking BUT Carol managed to bring it down, we thought about it and decided to wait a little.

After the next couple of months, there was a few holiday trips for us, so every time we were back we had to pop in to see the Lounge to make sure we loved it every time we saw it. Now after 3 months from the day we said Hola to Carol, she made the phone call with a massive weekend sale that would get us over the line. My wife and I knew from the very beginning this was going to be our lounge but we’d never in our wildest dreams every think we would have our dream lounge for the amazing price we got it for…and that is with the highest grade leather that we got a great price for also.

Bad Customer Service – Very bad. Ordered furniture but haven't arrived over 4 months. Customer service didn't bother to update. Had to go to the store several times. No alternative arrangements were made. Had to personally request a loan table. Customer service was not apologies too.
