I ordered 2 side tables from Moorabbin in July. I was told there was one at the warehouse and the one on the floor. When the delivery arrived they were the wrong tables and I was told I could either keep the wrong ones at a 30% discount or wait 16 weeks for delivery of what I ordered. 19 December. These are not valuable marble tables coming from Italy. They are wooden tables coming from China.

No apology from customer service. Attitude was purely “take it or leave it” and total lack of interest. This is a completely unacceptable level of service and I certainly expected better.

Exclusive no? Service definitely not.

Visited the store three times to look for a new couch and spoke to Daniela, she was very patient with us and answered all our questions. We finally brought our new couch and Daniela was very generous with the final price and gave us a cleaning kit and insurance. Delivery and customer service – I placed an order for two recliners in October 2024 and am still waiting on delivery, at no time has anyone from the store contacted me regarding the delay in delivery. February. This is longer than the time frame given for delivery which was 12 weeks, will be at least 17 weeks by the time I get them! Pity I paid in full on the day otherwise I would have cancelled the order completely!!

Waste of time, yes. Shop again, no – Ordered couch, table and chairs in April 2024. Salesman closed the deal on my ESL mum, who was told items will be delivered within 90 days. paid for couch, on payment (with receipt) was told the item is paid in full. 24 hours later, mum receives a call, ‘another 1500 owing’, couch cannot be delivered until paid.

More tine off work, attend store to pay, wasting my time.

Complaint made, ‘white glove delivery service’ offered as compensation.

It’s been 9-10 months wait on a 3 month promise.

Guaranteed paid and fake reviews, anyone who has scored this business anything higher than 1 star. Shop elsewhere.

Terrible customer service! – Terrible customer service! The delivery company refused to bring the product upstairs using the stairs because it didn’t fit in the lift and when I called the store, they told me to sort my refund with the head office and didn’t care to provide proper customer service! Very friendly staff – Very knowledgeable and friendly salespeople. Mohammad convinced me to increase my budget (and I was pretty firm on the budget tbh), he’s a good salesmen. Cannot wait for the sofa to arrive :)

Nightmare experience – We bought a custom couch in late 2023 (7k on special) took 4-5 months to be delivered and it’s faulty. Took another 3 weeks for someone to come out and repair it.
