Hi Freddy, The warranty for this bike is one year. The warranty explains that defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal use and care, will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion. The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies in respect of the product that the consumer has under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and similar state and territory laws.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This warranty is valid for the original purchase and is not transferable. Please keep your purchase docket, tax invoice or receipt as the best proof of purchase, and as proof of date on which the purchase was made.

This warranty is limited to defects in workmanship or parts. All defective products or parts will be repaired or replaced. This warranty does not cover batteries or any other consumable items.

This warranty does NOT cover: normal wear and tear to the products or parts, any defects caused by an accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorised modification, loss of parts, tampering or attempted repair by a person not authorised by the distributor, any product that has not been installed, operated or maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating instructions provided with the product, any product that has been used for purposes other than domestic use, or any damage caused by improper power input or improper cable connection.

Can you buy parts for these bikes as my bike is out of warranty?

Yep, I put a TSDZ2 500W on it about 12 months ago to see how an ebike might go for me. It rocks....! Great handling and power is good. I'm in the process of putting a rack on it to turn it into a commuter/shopper bike rather than drive. I also bought a Merida e140 as a proper trail bike after the Aldi-Tonsheng experiment paid off.

Hi Bueno, I'll assume you're looking for frame geometry. Your bike has 29" wheels, the frame has a reach of 450mm, a head angle of 66', a rear centre of 460mm, and a 435mm seat tube length. This geometry represents current development for a predictable and sure footed experience on most trails, from fire road to steeper more technical terrain. I hope you enjoy the ride!

Went to a few stores but they didn't have any 29er Mountain bikes. Only for small boys and girls.

Hi Stephan, I'm not exactly sure what you mean in your question. If you mean the chain is slipping, I had that problem with the Aldi bike so I bought a new chain. A new chain is really cheap and if you can replace it yourself, buy the tool if you don't already have it. Also of course lube the chain blah blah. The chain I got on the shop bike was s**t. Replace that and expect at least 3x the KMs. Keep the clutch on, to find out how/why to set the clutch, YouTube, search "diore clutch"

All gear cables stretch no matter what bike you buy. You can do a manual adjustment or take it to a bike shop and they will probably do it for free- it takes 5 mins for them. Good luck. My chain is still going fine and I have ridden the bike 1000+ km's

Don’t contact Crane- go to bicycles online- Polygon bikes. They make the bike. Good luck!!

You will have to wait for it to come on sale again. They are a fantastic bike for general purposes and have the latest equipment. If you are desperate for one- contact Polygon bicycles and tell them what you want. It will cost you more because of the discount Aldi gets but that's your decision. Good luck

Tonr. I would either contact Bicycles online who get the bikes made, or your local bike shop. You want a twin chain ring and shifter to suit a 10sp shimano deore rear cluster and shifter. Cheers Dave.

Just check with stores themselves. Ring ahead if you can and see if anyone still has them in storage.

To be honest, not sure. Best to just ring a few stores and see if any have one in stock. Definitely worth the effort if you can find one.

If not Chrissy you could try the Aldi supplier here. They did sell a few demo's I believe relatively cheap at one stage. external link  Cheers Dave
