The battery of my Aldi smartwatch (its a AFTWS04235) does last long now and probably needs changing so can that be done. Im a Engineer and can fix most things so can I change the battery of my watch which otherwise still works fine.

My watch is more than 12 months old so presumably the warranty no longer applies. So can you still tell me how to open the watch using presumably by using a sharp edged instrument levered under the sides of the front or back? If I can open it I can probably source a suitable battery.

I can't pair my Samsung 22 to my Aldi Bauhn Fitness Tracker. I can't see how to turn blue tooth on or off on the tracker.

We got the same model 2 days ago, also can't pair for the same reason. Bluetooth in all of our phones cannot see it at all.
Also the same model, having the same problem. Not showing up in the Keep Health App at all either :(
I had the same problem. Called the support number and they said to uninstall the app, turn off the watch then reinstall the app before turning the tracker back on. You must have the app installed before you turn the tracker on. I did this and it worked! If it still doesn't work for you they said return it to Aldi for a refund or a new one :)

Have just purchased anAFTWS-1223 from Aldi and have connected to GloryFit app. However can not access main menu. Back of phone only showing 3 lit lights.

I purchased an AFTWS-1223 for my grandson for Xmas. It's great, especially for the price. We connected it as per instructions and it works well. However, when he receives a call, there is no green phone icon to tap to answer it as instructed. Where do we find it? He can make a call but he needs to be able to answer one. Also, can you send a message on it?

Hi my Bauhn Smart Watch My watch will not show the sleep time! It just remains at 0. Help!! I just bought the watch yesterday. I paired it with the Glory Fit app! All the other app are working fine. I have the exact time as my iPhone on the watch. But sleep remains on 0. Please help.
Hi Aurora C, For measurements of heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen and other functions, ensure the following: • The watch has good contact with your wrist. • Check that the sensor is clean and there is no dirt or debris covering it. • The results and measurements of heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen and other functions data cannot be used for medical reference and should be used as a guide only
You can also try to reset the watch and reinstall the application.

My watch will not show sms messages
Hi Leigh S, Message: Tap on the message icon to view notifications and messages on the watch. It will display up to 8 messages. After pairing with the watch, on your smartphone, select “OK/allow” when asked about the notification function.
