where can i buy carburetor for aldi ferrex 4 stroke inverter generator 3300w (mar 2021) i tried to google it but not right carby comes up can u help me
what is the warranty period on the 3300 ferrex generator. when i bought it i started it and let it run for about 1 hour ,then put it in my shed as a standby . now i cannot start it no spark.can i return it to Aldi even as the warranty has expired the machine is still as it came out the box.
My unit drives my angle grinder just fine but not my bench saw which it should quite easily. I think the carburettor needs adjusting. How and is this done?

I have been running 2 refrigerators the past 2 days without a problem. Today I unplugged the refrigerators and plugged in the neighbours 2 refrigerators and everything was fine for about an hour. Now I have little to no output. I have now had it switched off for a couple of hours to cool down. 5 minutes ago I tried a 700w drill and it only worked for a couple of minutes. I have no warning lights illuminated, except for the green one. Any ideas ?
All good. I fixed it ! The rubber 1/2 sheath that the wires go through on their way to the inverter allows the wires to rub on the sharp, vibrating edge of the casing, thereby causing them to short out. I have now replaced the rubber 1/2 sheath with automotive conduit. Your welcome.

Overload light is on all the time,hence no power? Have not overloaded machine ,is there an easy fix?
Bought this generator and not had 10hr use before it broke. Noticed small air fryer stopped working even though generator was still running but stopped producing power . Overload light flashing but doesn't reset .My brother purchased one around same time and same happened to his . Never seen them on sale since. It's now out of warranty . Definitely a dud product .As anyone been able to repair or get refunded if out of warranty.

Purchased workzone 3600w inverter generator 2019 used twice for a short period of time. Hunting and will not settle then engine just stops. $399. Also own ferrex 20volt drill which doesn't work. I think l am currered from wasting my money on rubbish. Any chance of some sort of refund from Aldi please
See Australian Consumer Law s.54 (fit for purpose) and s.59 (express warranty). Most of ALDI 's products come with the latter. Send a Letter of Complaint directly to ALDI quoting above, detailing the problem and history of attempted use together with proof of purchase. Aldi should respond quickly. If not VCAT will hear consumer complaints but this is an expensive route for a budget purchase.
Overload light comes on, but nothing is plugged in. Have turning on and off, left off for extended period, and it's completely useless. It worked for about 12 hours charging 2 fridges, just over a 1000w load so well under it claimed power rating. Any ideas, apart from a skip?
Its most likely trash, mine worked 2 hours and is now at the tip
You could try to change toggle switch which burns out easily
Thanks, I think your first answer is spot on. Called service number who gave me a phone number for a repair centre. repair centre said it’s most likely problem on 240v side which they can not touch, they fix motors. What a terrible experience

Reference the FERREX 3300W Inverter Generator, Question, viewing at the control panel end NOW looking at the LEFT side of the generator LOOKING at the FUEL BOWL /CARBURETOR AREA, there is a CLEAR PLASTIC TUBE hanging down about 12 inches long HALF WAY down there is a BLACK "T" fitting which looped back up and clipped to main part first section of this clear plastic tube.
WHAT IS IT FOR, and WHATS IT SUPPOSED TO DO????? Please can anybody explain its function. PETE
