Great cleaning service would use again – I'm not sure what other people have experienced but I found All About Sparkle to be reliable, professional and easy to communicate with. Would use again for a future move out.

Come 6pm he's still there - 9 hours for a tiny 3 bed unit. I didn't even have the heart to tell him all of the included parts of the 'standard scope of works' that he'd either forgotten or intentionally skipped - really basic tasks like dusting shutters in bedrooms or wiping down the tiles behind the vanity in the bathroom. By then I just needed him to go.

We were also quoted an additional $30 for the removal of some mould in 2 bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms he tried to tell me it was a structural problem and he couldn't get rid of it. After some prompting he got out his vinegar and in a wipe or two it had cleared up. Convenient. The other room was left for me to do myself.

Cleaning is an expensive and painful task as is without having All About Sparkle coming to do a half-job on it for you. Save yourself the hassle.

Absolutely dreadful - Do not use this company! – Had to be recalled as the job was not done properly in the first place, lost the keys (allegedly returned them but no proof), refunded the money for the keys when asked.

A homeless guy moves in – Worst cleaning experience ever, wish I had read previous reviews. Don't trust the web site. Two guys, one takes your money and leaves. Badly run company management very unprofessional – Late, unresponsive and low quality. Cleaner was a nice man who worked hard but took far too long. The management were terrible to deal with. were not arriving as scheduled (no kidding, they were already 45 minutes late!!) and the earliest they MAY arrive was lunchtime.

Tried calling the supervisor all morning, he did not answer calls or respond to texts. When he finally called me back after lunchtime, he offered no assistance, simply stating "I'm only the supervisor, I cant do anything". When I asked for a number for the company, I was told to email them (yes, the same email they had ceased responding to).

They are a scam company, Im glad they didnt show up now I have read the other reviews about how poor the cleaning was, my quote for the first house was $430.

My 3 1/2 year old and 2 month old and I waited in the cold for the solo cleaner to finish - two hour later than expected. Other people have proposed in their reviews that this is a sham company and I agree but I am not sure what the motive is. I almost would have preferred that they pocketed the cash I gave them at the start and then just left without doing a thing. It would have saved my husband, myself and my poor 5 month old baby an ordeal of 11 hours of "just a bit longer". At least if they had of overtly ripped us off from the outset we would have had time to get professional cleaners through the property. Now we have to hand the keys over and risk not getting our full bond back if the land agent isn't happy.

We had the same unkempt, un-uniformed men at the outset, the same one guy working by himself when we returned at the prearranged time, the same poor quality cleaning and the same phone tag issues when we tried to escalate. There was a distinct lack of cleaning products when we looked closely. We have had the same promise that if the land agent isn't happy, they can contact the company directly. There was nothing professional or sparkly about these people.

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt so I over looked their appearance, lack of personal hygiene and thought these guys must work hard for their money. I am struggling with the motivation of these people - it's hardly good money, $15 an hour each for pretending to clean all day. They can't enjoy so clearly upsetting and inconveniencing so many people and they certainly don't appear to have any pride in their work.

I hope this helps anyone who is looking for cleaners, and if you're reading this as you endure the same experience, I feel your pain.

fine. I had to pay the full amount of cash payment up front ($300).They had a look around and told me to come back in 6 hours. I was a little surprised by the timeframes given, as the flat definitely needed a good clean, but as it only had 4 rooms and a single hallway, 6 hours seemed a little excessive.

However, I paid over my money and went off to do other things for 6 hours. I turned up at the flat again after 6 hours and was greeted by a single cleaner (still) and a room full of rubbish (which was not mine) and the news that the bathroom had been cleaned. And only the bathroom. But upon looking, I could see that the bathroom floor hadn't yet been mopped. I was told to come back in a few hours.

I rang the supervisor and was told that another cleaner would be out there immediately. I was extremely angry by this point but I like to think the best of people and wanted to give them a chance to earn the money they'd been paid.

I returned to the flat after another 3 hours - 9 hours having passed in total - and both cleaners were now there and the flat was still not finished. They were "about to start mopping". I was told to come back in half an hour. I came back in half an hour. They still weren't finished, but they asked me to look around. At that point (dark outside) it looked fine. It didn't look "professional shiny clean" but it didn't look dirty. I was also just sick of hanging around and being told to come back "in a bit" and just wanted to go home, so I took a look around and said that they should just finish up.

I gave up and went to my new home, pretty sure that I was going to lose my bond as the flat was not clean, but too tired and frustrated to do anything more.

I had to hand in the keys to the real estate agent the next day, so I did that. Thankfully I got a receipt from the cleaners by email, so I was also able to send that to my real estate agent. I got a call from my real estate agent and unsurprisingly, the clean was not satisfactory. They suggested that I speak to the cleaners about getting rectification, and invited me to get the cleaners to ring them directly.

I rang the supervisor and explained the situation to him. He got very defensive and demanded to know exactly what was wrong. I gave the first example (the stovetop and oven were sticky and greasy - which, frankly, they were not before the cleaners went through the flat, so I don't know what they did to make them sticky and greasy) and he immediately started ranting at me about how that couldn't be the case, that when cleaners use oven cleaner it gets rid of grease, and my real estate agent must be wrong about it.

He also told me that I had been mistaken about there only being one cleaner there for most of the day (I wasn't) and that he'd been told how much work the cleaners had done in my flat ("They were there for 9 hours! They worked for 9 hours! If they'd only worked for an hour, maybe there would be problems with the clean, but they were there for 9 hours!" etc).

I offered to put him in contact with the real estate agent, and he refused, saying that I was the client and that the company wouldn't talk to anyone but the client. I tried to get him to commit to providing a second clean to rectify the issues, but all he would give me was an option to email the company, listing the problem areas, and he would "see if anything needs to be done".

I decided that I valued my mental and emotional health more than I valued trying to get these people to rectify the god-awful job that they had done, so I hung up on the supervisor at this point. I called my real estate agent back, and got them to hire their regular cleaners and take the money out of my bond.

I ended up paying twice for the clean (once to All About Sparkle, once out of my bond) and I regret not searching for reviews of All About Sparkle before I hired them.

Do not hire these cleaners. They are ridiculously, hopelessly, awfully incompetent, rude and end up costing more in time, energy and money than any cleaning job is worth.

only be described as homeless, not the professional cleaner the company advertises. When asked when the second cleaner would be coming he just said later. The cleaner said he would be finished at 5pm and to drop in just before then.

My partner returned home and didn't feel right about not getting a receipt/invoice for the cash payment. He called the mobile number from the confirmation email and was told that head office was located 'far away' and we would need to email to request an invoice. So he did with no reply. At 11:30 we dropped in just to see how they were going. The first thing we noticed was the smell, we found our kitchen bench covered in shopping bags with food wrapped in foil and flies everywhere. It was clear nothing had been done, my partner continued upstairs where the smell from the cleaner had filled the entire area. Nothing had been done up there either. The man was asked where the other cleaner was and what he had managed to do so far (after 3 1/2 hours) the cleaner couldn't answer. It was realised the work wasn't going to be completed so he was told he would need to leave that that we wanted our money back. The cleaner called his manager 'Eli' who conveniently dropped out when my partner was handed the phone to speak to him. We took down his number and called from our phone but no answer, the cleaner was asked politely

As we were driving to pick up cleaning supplies an 'Anthony' called to ask what had happened and when the situation was explained he was very little help, he said they could send out another cleaner but as we needed to hand the keys back that evening and they had already lied about two cleaners coming in the morning we weren't going to risk it.

We returned from getting cleaning supplies to find the original cleaner at our front door, he handed over some cash and rushed off without saying a word. He only handed over $170 of the $370 we paid but it was too late as he had disapeared.

It took 3 of us 4 1/2 hours to clean the house which included needing to go to bunnings to hire a carpet cleaner as it was far too late to get a professional.

The time frame was chosen by the company and I strongly feel that if we returned at 5pm we would have found the house in the same condition with no cleaner to be found and no time for us to fix the situation and would have had to return keys to an uncleaned house, losing our bond. what happened to us with this company. I actually wish they didn't show up because we wouldn't be out of pocket and our apartment would not be filled with their pungent, feral odour.

Same as below, we were scheduled for a 1pm clean. They did not show up until 430pm and only one cleaner showed up. This was after numerous calls and promises of being there soon. The second cleaner did not show up until 730. It was only at 930 after we had not received a call to say they were done that we went to investigate. They had only mopped 2 bathrooms in 5 hours! Once I pointed this out to them the second cleaner had the audacity to say to me "I've just mopped 2 bathrooms lady!" Looking around the apartment they had all their belongings and food scattered all over the place. We had to ask them several times to leave as it was quite late by then and we saw no point asking them to stay longer to finish the job as there was no chance of it being done. It was only then that they made some sort of scurried effort to clean a bit more by mopping the balcony. I was prepared to call the police because they were making no moves to suggest they were leaving and I was convinced they were going to set up camp and squat in my apartment.

It was only by some miracle that they finally packed up and left.

I am of the belief that this company is not a legitimate business as their ABN is not quoted anywhere on their website and after doing a quick ABN lookup I could not find one that belonged to them. I think they are a scam and think they hire disadvantaged/homeless people, give them a mop and call them professional cleaners. They probably do this for a small agent's fee from these so-called cleaners. I am not discriminating against the people they hire, as I believe that everyone deserves a chance; I am merely pointing out that this company does not send professional cleaners who are interested in delivering a good service. The fact that they have no phone number listed on their website or emails suggests that they know they would be flooded with complaints.

Please stay away from this company! I have emailed the company back relaying my experience, but like other reviewers I have little faith that they will write back or try to make amends. I have also lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading and so hopefully they will take some action and hopefully get them shut down.

5pm (it was a large 3bdr, 2.5 bath house - but I'm a clean freak and it didn't need a total overhaul but the usual end of lease clean)

I arrived at 4:45 to do the hand over... there was one cleaner who had cleaned the oven and half a bathroom - in 9hrs!

I rang the number I was given as the supervisor contact to express my concern, 3 times and got no response to my voicemails or multiple texts. The cleaner who was there had no way to contact the second cleaner; who finally returned to clean the carpets at 8:30pm!

By 9pm they had finished but I use that term loosely - there was still dust on the skirting boards and cobwebs in windows.....

I emailed the company multiple times and 3mths later have given in to my anger to post my first BAD review ever.

While the initial quote seemed good it was not worth the money in the end - I was told I could fill in a form if my landlord was not happy and they would clean it again - but as I was moving interstate 2days later I spent the rest of that night cleaning things they quoted for. And had to hand our house back with wet carpets (because even in summer they need more then 12hrs to dry!) and total frustration at All About Sparkle
