Overpriced and couldn’t get the job done, they rip you off!! – Just picked up my rug and found the urine/water marks are still there like before I dropped off, not much change at all! technician would clean off the water stain/marks and treat it! That’s why I opened the rug to show him at drop off to make sure they can clean viscose rug as my main concern, they said yes! At that price, made me believe they can get the job done but it turned not! I could find any rug cleaner to treat the urinated area at half the price, I wanna get the stain/marks off for this clean for this price! They didn’t do much clean and just told me they couldn’t water wash the rug as the material is viscose! So what I hv been charged this high price and been promised at dropping off? I wouldn’t agree to pay $577 just to get treatment on the urinated area, without clean off the water marks! The rug is now is exactly same as before with stain/marks on it, nothing changed visually! If you can’t wash it, don’t quote and return customer’s rug! Or charge reasonable price for the work you hv done! They will rip you off, overpriced and don’t keep their promise, be careful!

Would not recommend – After weeks of attempting to remove the smell from my car they just gave up. I have been majorly inconvenienced and as per a previous review, their staff have been evasive and had to be chased up continually in order to receive the service I paid for

Professional, Fast, Amazing and Efficient – Called All Aces to do the interior clean on my car. 100% amazing work. Car went in looking like trash and came out almost brand new! Office staff were amazing and friendly and techs did an outstanding job!

Poor Quality Work and Evasive – Poor Quality Work and Evasive. Overcharged for poor quality work didn't do what they said they would and left the kitchen a mess with dangerous chemicals in the sink. Their reps wouldn't get back to me when I told them I wasn't happy with the work. Shame.

Great service at a reasonable price – I employed All Aces to prepare my elderly aunt's very neglected historic home for sale. They were friendly, efficient and did a great job for a reasonable price. My aunt got a good sale price for her home and is now financially secure. Thank you, All Aces!

rugs ruined – I got three rugs cleaned and was very dissappointed with the result. One silk/cashmere expensive rug is completely ruined. They obviously were very rough and harsh in their clean as the rug is now falling apart and missing lots of threads. They also left 2 tacs in the bottom which has scratched my floors. I paid nearly $1000 for the 3 rugs to be cleaned. Very disappointing and I would not recommend.

ALL ACES - Did Honour Their Stated Conditions & DON'T return emails – We engaged All Aces cleaning to clear out my sisters’ estate upon her passing. If dealing with All Aces do not accept verbal statements, get everything in clear writings and have them clearly define in detail the meaning of every terminology used their quote as what they mean and you are led to believe they may be two totally different meanings.

I understand that certain things will occur and maybe outside their control, but a non-response to emails requesting information about various antiques and other items being missing is within their control. NB: Emails sent were sent to their provided email address by clicking reply. There was no automatic failure to send or deliver messages were received in response to my emails. Consequently, I am led to believe that all messages were received & they chose not to respond.

Summary I could go into more details, but it is sufficient to say I would not use or recommend ALL ACES again as I do not believe that they honoured their word to me and that they were required to return to the property on a number of occasions to rectify issues.

Facts 1. The house was in a horrendous condition as my sister was a hoarder and basically lived in squalor.

2. My requirements that were agreed to were the same with each company assessing the property. a. Anything that was recoverable would be put to one side for evaluation. b. All bags and boxes are examined prior to disposal as she was known to hide finances, etc. c. All jewellery be put to one side. d. All antiques are carefully handled.

3. The house was physically assessed and pictures were taken by their representative

4. I had to follow them up to obtain their quote.

5. The All Aces quote was accepted upon those undertaking on the quoted price and the undertakings given and agreed to upon when their representative was assessing the property.

6. Some of the undertakings, etc. a. They were a professional company who dealt with squalor etc regularly. b. They knew what they were doing and how sensitive these times were to the family needs. c. The knew how sensitive these issues were and would respect the property. d. They would move furnishing around as required & place it in the dining area or the sunroom as applicable. e. I was assured that they would clean the property to ready for sale standards; i. The house would be clean top down. ii. They would detox the house. iii. Ready the property for sale.

7. An antique item which was my grandmothers was missing.

8. As I did not receive a response from All Aces, I spoke with neighbours who questioned many of the items that they saw being thrown into the bins for disposal.

9. They did not completely clean the house, especially to sale standards. T

10. They were required to return to the property on a number to rectify various issues.

shag carpet white - excellent – Great pick up and delivery service. Excellent clean, this ten year old large SHAG rug, quite soiled, came up snowy white and shaggy and we can high recommend this company. The cost was reasonable, the pick up and delivery to the Sunshine Coast was to be expected, but the professionalism was great, the rug is heavy and there was no lifting by us....and all done with a smile. Highly recommend.

CAR cleaning – Cleaned the inside of my old BMW and wow what a difference. Also got rid of musty smell. Well worth the $420.00 they charged to clean it. Phill from the factory was great, he even steamed the roof lining

Cannot recommend enough!! – We had a leak in our bathroom and it flooded out of the room causing our carpets to be soaked. We called these guys in a panic to get our carpet cleaned and dried and they came to our rescue. They couldn't have been more helpful!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Over the moon! – I had some seriously bad looking mould that I was becoming very suspicious of. Not only did All Aces REMOVE it, but they undertook some special mould testing to really make sure that they'd gotten to the root cause of the issue. I was impressed with their kindness, their friendliness and how quick the turnaround was from quote to job complete! Would definitely recommend to anyone else!

FAST HELP IN A CRISIS – We had a fish tank filter die and create a foul smelling swamp, while moving the (rather large and heavy) tank, it slipped and smashed on the carpet. a mould check for us while they were there. The area around the tank had some black mould which they were able to remove. The technician was lovely (and didn't judge us for the foul smell in our house) and offered us extra, helpful advice on avoiding mould build up in our rather damp home (we're in Brisbane, where it's super humid in summer). Really felt they went the extra mile for us and would recommend them to anyone who wants affordable carpet cleaning. Oh and the carpets came up BEAUTIFULLY and dried really fast.

Incredible service and results! – Could not recommend All Aces higher for quality and service. Very happy with All Aces – Highly recommend these guys. I never call anyone else to clean my carpet and rugs as I know I will get a professional job every time. they left and they put little squares of plastic under the legs of furniture so the carpets wouldn't get marked. No other cleaners have ever done that before. Job well done boys!

Waiting on a quote – The rudeness female I have ever spoken to. After waiting an extra hour after the scheduled time for the quote, I phoned to see what there excuse was and I only got insulted and more excuses from this very unprofessional call person. Never again would I waste my time with such unprofessional people.

So disappointed, expected better – Submitted a very positive review in 2014 as the result of cleaning was very impressive. Little did I know the marks would return a few weeks later. Have just had the carpets cleaned again but this time waited a few weeks before writing this review and sure enough the marks are returning. Very expensive for little satisfaction. Will not use again.

Completely overpriced – Had a quote from another company to clean my 4 seater couch for $150. After some confusion with my husband, he booked All Aces to come and clean it for $280! start breaking down. This all leads to excessive VOC-off gassing from the affected plastic material inside the vehicle, which leads to a "smell" caused by the process - noted by a previous reviewer.

I can NOT stress enough to avoid this process they recommend.

Not completed as quoted – Our water damaged carpet was quoted to be cleaned, however apon completion it still contained visible mold growth. Despite an extremely detailed expression on how clean the carpet needed to be, it did not seem to resonate. Dissapointing, as our previous experience was very good.

left a strong smell from there Hydroxyl room treatment. The office manager said it would dicipate however 2 weeks later on a hot day with windows up, it still smells.

There vehicle cleaning procedure also damaged my odometer lense confirmed by dealer assessment's.

After being booked in twice with them for rectification, they back peddled and refused to do anything to rectify the problems they caused.

They say one thing then do another. Appalling.
