Act. Inogen oxygen has no oxygen tanks as it draws oxygen from the air. They are not explosive or flammable. Removing his safe, medically required device from the plane would have caused my husband to have seriously low oxygen and could have resulted in a heart attack or stroke. This is absolutely a medical reason for why he was not able to travel. Then, Delta insisted that if he needed his FAA safe medical device he would need to deplane.

Medical issues are specifically covered under our policy. You should be able to recover those funds from Delta as they violated ADA laws and caused the medical emergency.

Good cover for a good price – I have used Allianz domestic cover insurance several times over the last five years as it covers car-hire insurance and that means I make a huge savings by not having to pay the exorbitant rate that the car hire company charges for top up insurance. Show details ·  1

Discriminates against disability – Discriminates against people with disability- do not use. I was advised to amend son's policy and add Autism as ' existing medical condition' as if you need to make a claim they can attribute it to his disability and not pay ,as we were out of the 14 day cooling off period we had to cancel policy and get new one to add it , $11 refund for a $149 policy, this company happy to rip off someone with disabity. Show details

Sound quality and hold times on phone put me off – Was very keen to go ahead, but two gentlemen in India had such poor quality sound that I couldn't hear them. Imagine if it was an emergency! Really not happy with the cost cutting. Show details

Good Policy – Easy to set up, policy documents were easy to read and understand. Adding extra cover for a pre-existing condition was done simply with easy to follow questions. Liked that there was choice with amount of cover and excess. Will definitely use again! Show details ·  1

Great cover policy – I always use Allianz Insurance for when we travel. I think it is the best value for money & for cover. Even when I worked in the insurance industry I still chose Allianz over the company I worked for. I have never had to make a claim as yet. Great, gave me peace of mind – It seemed to be good value. It was easy to set up. I don't usually take out travel insurance but I was informed by my son that Travel Insurance covers hire car insurance. Yours seemed to be the best value. So I gave it a go. All great – Very easy to take up. Four times last year. The only issue that puts me off taking a multi-trip policy is the 15 day limit. Travelling overseas is normally just a bit more so this should be improved to say 18 days to allow for travel time. Show details ·  3

Good basic cover – We rated the plan as excellent because it was easy to get and we never needed it. So it's not possible to comment on how claims would be handled. Health Society was over double the premium required by Allianz for similar benefits so I am happy to remain with Allianz.

Worsted out can't say how much they repeat and their line unnecessary busy. Not my type – Absolute nightmare. It's better to not be insured at all than to be insured with Allianz. Great Policy for domestic travel – This is a super policy to take out for domestic travel which covers you up to $6000 XS on car rental - One third of the cost of what the Car Hire place wanted to charge me. The last two were All World for 1 year policies which covered five holidays. This time only took a short duration policy as our next holiday may exceed the 45 days. always seems puzzling/concerning. We are both in good health but concerned we will get trapped on an obscure technicality if we ever had to claim. Luggage loss etc all seems good though.

All Good – This is the third travel policy with Allianz. Returned from 10 days on Norfolk Island. The Duo policy seems like good value for my wife and I. Easy to set up online and the consultants were helpful when I wanted to confirm the coverage. customer service operator was confident. Please provide more training to staff when filling out an assessment form. When I revealed that my son was epileptic I was required to answer some questions and this particular operator could not pronounce or explain what malignant or benign was???
