answers for our questions (which even then, did not always get answered), it was refreshing to deal with the Alphaline team.

Our build was undertaken in a very difficult market (supply chain constraints and shortage of labour). Working in the real estate industry, I was acutely aware of these challenges, however the Alphaline team did their best given the circumstances. At all times, communication was open and transparent.

The most amazing part of our build journey is that we had a child on the way and had tight timelines at the back end of our build. The Alphaline team all got on the tools to help progress the build as much as possible to help meet our timelines given the market circumstances (largely out of Alphaline's control). They honored their word in an industry where many do not!

We recommend Alphaline and sincerely hope that we can build with them again soon!

technically and aesthetic point of view. So as we progressed with contracts/build & learning new things, they absolutely made it very easy for us to make changes or upgrades as and when needed. Cost wise they were absolutely reasonable. We have 2 small kids so they took very good care of us when we needed any checks on property as we lived on the south side of Brisbane. Our own extra items like ovens,lightings etc they fitted for us during the build. It was just a breeze. Build cost was exactly what we were expecting it to go upto no surprises there. I could never imagine the challenges I would experience when I first committed to this project!

For 3 years I struggled with endless council road blocks (due to the home being heritage listed) and then I suffered the misfortune of signing on with a builder who went bust. I was ready to just abandon the whole thing and cut my losses.

After speaking with a friend, I was referred to Alphaline Homes. From day dot, they listened to my plans and took over the project with confidence. They navigated all of the council challenges and site access difficulties. Their design and drafting team worked with me on every single detail and their workmanship was nothing short of excellent.

The end result is truly stunning. My home is now a beautiful sight on the street rather than the old eye sore that it was. I could not be happier with how everything turned out. My neighbours are pleased as well - the restoration is sure to help their property values! I even invited my neighbours over for a party after the house was completed so they could take a tour and see all the restoration work for themselves.

I would recommend Alphaline Homes to anyone who has a major and complicated build project! They are highly experienced and can deal with any challenge you throw at them.

connections, and connected members were in. They misrepresented the advice and sent me a sarcastic reply when I asked for assurances around the structural integrity of 10 x structural posts. This issue at the time of this review has not been resolved...

The QBCC process is a long and convoluted process, I lodged a complaint in March 2020 and the complaint will go well into 2021 before resolved.

one of the brothers, was our first contact in designing what was to be our home. We took our time here and Alphaline Homes were highly understanding and amazing! They did a design analysis to then come up with our own house plan that we then took the time we needed to make sure it is what we wanted inside and out. I am really glad we took our time here and Alphaline was supportive all the way.

Alphaline had a great team around them to work with us to determine the finishings and the finer details of the house pre build. Once the build started, there was no need for us to revisit the decisions we had made early one.

It was around this time that we started working with John, a second brother, in project managing our the build of our house. The attention to detail and constant review and updates from John were great.

Building started the day after the demolition team left site with slab and two storey frame done within 3 weeks. The timeliness was one feature that was a constant with the build with Alphaline! There was a couple of days of rain when the roof was meant to completed where we had a delay.

Things did not always go to plan, they never do when there is a knock down or rebuild but between Ben and John, we were always consulted, we always discussed what were the options and site visits were easily and quickly arranged. Changes and/or modifications were worked through easily and quickly.

Another key feature of Alphaline is quality. Ensuring that the foundations to all the finishing touches are important to Alphaline. Any defects found where never regarded as an issue to fix. This attitude extended to the contractors that Alphaline used as well.

Then to top it off, Alphaline were able to finish building the house and hand over to us weeks prior to planned completion date. Then after full payments were made, when savings where achieved by Alphaline with some of the products in the house, we even received a rebate back. There have been a few issues arise post the build ie faulty oven etc, Alphaline has continually remained in touch, are extremely responsive to any post build issues and have been a delight to work with!

The price of the build and the additional extras agreed early on were clearly outlined and known up front and didn't deviate except where agreed. There were clear payment schedules everything was clearly managed through BuilderTrend.

The result is we have a house that has actually exceeded my expectations, it light, breezy and still feels like a dream to live in. I keep thinking we have been lucky but then when you find the right builder and both you and your builder do the work upfront, the outcome can be great!
