The advice was spot on, they look great – Due to remote location, I spoke with the team and with photos and drawings measured up as instructed. Planned to pick them up in a months time. Terrible after sales service – I had my old security doors replaced few yeas back. Recently have a problem with a faulty door lock as the door was jammed and couldn't open at all. Rang them to ask for some assistance but was told they couldn't come. They request I took some images of the jammped door lock and text over but did not received any response thereafter. Very bad after sales service. Not recommend the team at Alutech :)

mesh looks so much more nicer than what I had previously, which was fly wire and diamond grille screens. The door and window frames, don’t however obscure rivet heads from the outside when I thought they would, this just turned out to be because of a miss understanding I had when the salesman mentioned to me that the door/window frames would obscure screw heads from the outside, I thought they would obscure rivet heads from the outside as well, but apart from that, I thought Alutech did a great job selling me these products and showing them to me when I visited there factory in Henderson. I would highly recommend Alutech for the purchase/installation of security products for the purpose of both domestic and commercial purposes.

Wonderful product and customer service – I’ve recently had 7 old aluminium windows and sliding doors replaced by Alutech. The salesman Nelson was patient with my many questions and was always available, the tradesman were punctual and tidy and the office ladies even offered to stay later so I could pick up a sample after office hours. I am more than happy with the end product - the house looks fantastic and has restored its old time charm.
