Liked the product. Small problem with delivery. Darren, Store Manager assisted and sorted. Head Office were great as well. Would shop there again. Love our new bedroom suite. Good range and helpful staff.
Rubbish!!! Spend your money elsewhere!
Lounges both squeaked 3rd day after purchasing. Have had technician out 5 times only to make the issue worse! Offered a measly $650 to pay out my warranty and take the lounges as is. Do not purchase from amart. Spend your money wisely elsewhere!
Excellent Service - Great Furniture
We have Le Franschhoek dining setting, buffet & desk and couldn't be happier. I am surprised by some of the bad reviews as our experience has been excellent! Our purchases are beautifully built and extremely strong. Special thankyou to Amanda for being so friendly and helpful!
Not happy continuously told nonsense
So we got over $5tho worth of La Fran furniture, and a bedroom setting and single bed,
Ordered in March- delivery was end of June as wasn’t even in Australia.
On delivery date we discovered the following-
-tall boy was not aligned (not all drawers come out and were not effective at all (not straight either)
- entertainment unit drawers were crooked and did not close along w the backing was not on.
- buffet drawers not aligned and resulted in drawers not being able to be close they just come straight back out.
- lamp table had a chip from the tables corner.
- desk missing all the bolt kit
- single bed missing bolts and slat stabelisers
-3 chairs had cracks in base (still not replaced to this day. ...

It was from Casula store all dining table and chairs unstable broken tall boy n bed top cracked. And it’s been nearly a month they haven’t fix our problems. We are going to fair trading .. they should be ashamed of delivering second hand products.
Slow to arrive and no instructions
Took nearly 2 months for a tallboy to arrive that is advertised on the floor, when it finally arrived flat pack, there were no instructions in the box, first and last time using Amart will stick to Harvey Norman and have goods delivered assembled. Cannot select store so put Bankstown but was actually the new store in Campbelltown NSW
Bought a set of sofa and asked for the price included installation at CASULA store on 07/01/2018, when the delivery arrived finally 28/02/2018, pushed and dropped all the bulky boxes into my lounge and NO installation!! I rang the casual store and was told that it is their company POLICY that they do not install but if I want, they can send someone out here to install the sofa for $120.00!! they should have told this during the sales process.
My first time and last time with AMART. This is Australia, I never had this problem with Plush, Harvey Norman, Myers, any other company, I don't think we need to ask the sales person to write this down on the docket, by the way, received one on email, be aware!!!!
Not happy with the online orders
I ordered my cushions online. I called Amart before I did my final payment and one of the friendly staff members said that I ll be receiving call from them within 24 hours of my orders. But it didnot happen and when I rang them back, they did so. My brother collected the cushions from the store which was in the bag- trusting they were all right. But when i checked at home, one of the cushion's pattern was different from the other I received. I called the store again and they said unfortunately it cannot be changed as the tag was taken out by us.
Partly it is our fault coz we didnot check it beforw we took the tag off. But how come they do such a mistake? Not satisfied with the team.
Customer improvement required
We had shopped here a few years ago and bought a leather lounge. So we decided to buy our bedroom suite and mattress as a package deal. The deal was negotiated and agreed upon. When we went to pay the balance a few weeks later, there was a difference of $60. Instead of the Store Manager admitting to his mistake, he asked us to pay for his mistake, even though we had the invoice as proof. After a lot of debating, he did not apologize for his mistake nor would waive this small difference, even though we had just spent $4000 in the store! He becam...e very loud, rude & arrogant towards my wife & I. He caused such a scene in front of a busy Sunday morning crowd, that it was embarrassing. We will not be returning back to this store in a hurry. Word of advice - put your customers first and your ego aside.
Manager said don't come and buy
I bought the Naomi sofa not even a month ago and now the price is dropped significantly, I had huge trust on Amart furniture but now as I can see product is not even a month old but price is already dropped which makes me feel ripped off. Amart sold something to me not worth of the money I paid. How come someone can trust on this brand when I see product value doesn't sustain.
I had a chat with manager [name removed] and he was not that cooperative. I said how come you expect us to come back and buy product from Amart again when we see price...drops so quick and he replied then don't come and don't buy. He was ignoring us and didn't want to understand our situation on the loss. I thought Amart is so keen to the customer satisfaction and they value their customer. But [name removed] he was not cooperative at all. When I said I'll take it further to upper management with complaint, he replied ok we can come to the middle, I can give you $100 store credit. I didn't want to argue with him because he was not nice in chatting. And he said wherever you complaint my reply will same. I'll take the decision. My question is how would you feel if price drops so much after buying something. Moreover I found that there is clause that I can get refund by returning product just because of change of mind within 30 days. I am being honest I don't wanna return it but I want my difference back, it makes me feel upset, I went to Amart today to buy something for my new home but the situation didn't let me buy. I hope Amart values their customer and will make me happy to come and shop again. And I believe for this $200 I don't have to go to fair trading or Ombudsman and Amart doesn't want to lose customers. Looking forward to Amart's reply.
Stay well clear of buying anything from this company. Bought a lounge suite for $1100. Two sales people told us it had a 12 month warranty. When we paid for it and received the invoice it showed 6 months. When we questioned this we were told that 12 months warranty was for goods over $1000, we paid over $1000. They told us that they classified the three items of the lounge suite as three separate items. We also paid $80 to have it delivered, when it arrived it was in pieces and wrapped in a mountain of plastic. They dumped all the pieces on the...lounge room floor and said we don't unpack and assemble sign here. Do not deal with these people. If we have these issues at the beginning of the purchase what is going to happen if we have an issue with the product.

Worse customer services
Worse customer services ever! I bought 3 items online, It took them nearly 2 weeks to get the items ready in store to deliver. Then they said that I need to pay for the freight in advance in order to book for the delivery. It is going to take couple of more day to do that. Why didn't they just add freight in the bill when we make the payment? And for the funny side, they took money from my account right away.
And seriously, does it take that long to get items from the warehouse???? and the freight bit???
Wont come back to this store ever again.
Bad customer service
Purchased a $60 table online, requested delivery now Banstown store want to charge $90 to deliver to Moorebank which is 10mins away. why not calculate the shipping to begin with why would I pay $90 delivery for a $60 item, I would have purchased elsewhere if I knew this was the case.

I bought outdoor package, 2 lounge rooms sofas and bed. Let me say one thing that can summaries everything. Their people, service, customer service is an amazing... Every time now I want to buy a furniture, I don't go anywhere, just to A-Mart without thinking.
Terrible Quality and Customer service
I Bought 2x3 seater sofa that we used for three weeks then I noticed the material started falling apart it looked like it was used for years. When I told them, they said it is '"Wear and Tear" REALLY after Three Weeks. It took a few weeks for me to finally get a refund that they did not want to give me. I'm absolutely disgusted with the service and stuffs attitude when it came to giving me a refund at times they were not even returning my calls. Never buying anything from there ever AGAIN.
Shave your lounge
Just on 12months ago I purchased 2 lounges from this store (never ever again) so I noticed the lounges started to get pilling all over and the cushions sinking so I contacted the store via email and attached pictures of the lounge, the store manager at the time called me to advise me that they will send a technician out to see about the sinking of the lounges, and as for the pilling it’s from the clothes we wear, well I am sorry you should advise your customers when purchasing lounges from your store that they are to sit on them naked ...to avoid pilling and there isn’t much they can do about it he advised to shave the lounges (what a joke) so the technician came out took pictures of the lounges and also added some sponge under the lounge where its sinking (temporary fix) again pathetic, the technician told us he will send a report to the store and they will contact me, so 3 weeks had past no call so I contacted them yesterday 04/10/16 via email and they advised this Thanks for your email. I have had a look at the service call and it has been completed. This means that the lounge has been repaired. Is there another issue with the lounge that we were not aware of? Worst Experience Ever!!
Husband and I went to the Bankstown store looking to buy a bed and a mattress. We picked the Quebec bed frame. The sales person then directed us to the mattress area and showed us the different types of mattress ranging from $1799. She said this is top of the range. We picked the mattress and completed the purchase $2600
After assembling the bed at home we were surprised the bed is soo ridiculously high that we have to use a stool to climb onto the bed. Sooo unsafe.

I waited 80days to see if there will be any response before listing this.

Old story: ...In Feb 2016 I ordered a recliner sofa set in banstown nsw store where it got delivered with different Rhino type fabric. When we made a call (as the product is different from what we ordered) to customer service they mentioned the fabric was more durable than the regular one and lasts for long time but the fabric went really thin now and getting the thin layers of fur out of the cushion. We are almost depressed with the quality and response (white coloured fur in thready texture coming out) they send one repair guy to look at the issue after chasing but after that no response. I heard that their vendor is not responding so what can I do. Return my money or I can spend more money so that offer me a leather genuine sofa. April 13th 2018 Update: Super Amart San Marco Leather Electric Recliner feedback We purchased Rhino fabric sofa for $1500 in 2016 and it started peeling in 5 months and with help of store manager at bankstown, we purchased higher end San macro leather recliner in sep 2016 ( san macro). The manager told that this is the best product in their store and will last for 5-10 years for sure. We used this lounge in our lower living room,but my family spends more time upstairs.(one of the chair was not even used single time- the brand tag is still there and in new condition) Less than 2 years the sofa seat started sinking/sagging, when we sit and i can feel the springs. I raised an warranty and the team mentioned that they will repair it. i am worried about the quality of such products which will not last even 2 years.(and we hardly used them and it needs repair) i have been discussion this issue every day with customer care and it's a hot topic discussion at home as well.I requested for full refund or product exchange but they are offering $900 instore voucher to keep as it is or get it repaired which i am not happy with and cannot have the same debate every 2 years. I am still chasing them to get exchanged. We had this bad experience twice and worried to spend more time or money in super amart.or we have to purchase $1000 sofa's and throw it in 1 year than spending more money. PS:At one time it became a habit of going to super amart to buy products. i am still happy with super amart other products like wooden chairs,Tables side tables,dining tables but not lounge.
