Not very good quality, furniture hasn’t lasted long.
I purchased a whole bedroom suite; queensize bed, two bedside tables and a tallboy. After 2 years the tallboy draw wheels that help glide the draws are literally crumbling and falling apart. My bedside tables have always been rough when moving the draws. I called up recently to get a replacement for my tallboy and they actually were going to deposit $100 to my credit card so I could ‘buy’ the wheels myself from Bunnings? Are they kidding? I have 5 year warranty on my furniture and just because the item was ‘disconinued’ They were going to expec...t ME to replace all 16 wheels myself. I was disgusted. I said why can’t I just get a different model as long as it’s a tallboy with 5 draws. So the manager called back and said I was welcome to do so. Honestly never heard of such a thing? Shouldn’t the replacement of been number one. Not making a customer fix a product that is faulty. Don’t think I’ll purchase again.
Don't buy anything off Amart website
After searching online stores for a style of bed, I found exactly what I was looking on the Amart website and a lot cheaper. So after driving all the way there and carting it back home and upstairs, once it was unpacked from all the packaging it was not the same style. After ringing Amart they said this happens all the time and their website always has stuff that's not the same, this has been a problem for them. So they would kindly offer me a refund if I cart it all the way back to them.
Staff at gosford amart
We just want to let you know how exceptional the manager david and the front of house ben where today. Yesterday we purchased a buffet and some wardrobes from a sales person who was also wonderful. We got it home and it was completly the wrong colour for our house. We rang early and asked if we could bring it back. Willingly they said yes. When we arrived everyone was so helpful to get us something we loved. David had so much knowledge of all the product. Unfortunately we could not find the right colour buffet, so instead we left with some new chairs to match our dining setting, still very happy. We buy all our furniture at amart and will continue to do so with such amazing service. Thank you kristi and lee kelly
I bought a nursery bundle with change table , Cot and mattresses over two years ago. I bought when I was pregnant. When my daughter was 7months old the change table fell apart despite me continually tightening. So dangerous, I rang my local Amart, but because I I had it for a year warranty ran out, despite only having used it for short period. Clearly faulty and dangerous. They offered to replace it but I had to pay $50 the difference as I bought it on sale. I chose not too and left it. Now the Cot, which I have transitioned to a daybed/toddler...bed just fell apart with my 2 year old in it. Lucky she was not injured , but terrible quality. I don't know how this has been considered safe and has met the standards. Waste of money!!! Lesson learned.
Poor Quality products for Price!!!
After searching for the prefect lounge we found what we wanted at Super Amart which we have now found out to be a big mistake. We have only had the 3 and 2 seat lounge for under 3 months and the fabric is piling which is very noticeable and makes it look cheap and nasty!!! We paid over $2000 for this lounge only to be told that it happens and we should go to spotlight and purchase a depiling machine or use a razor to remove. Poor customer service poor quality products never again will I purchase from them highly disappointed!!!
August 23rd 2...016 Update: Poor Quality & Customer Service WOW here we go again Super Amart are taking no responsibility for faulty products because "materials" are not covered under warranty!!! We have only had this lounge 2 months first issue is major piling Super Amart told us to go buy a depiling machine from spotlight!!! Now we have 2nd issue where the staples holding the fabric under the lounge are coming out and hanging down. I have a 1 year old and expressed my concerns as these may come out onto the floor or she gets her hands caught on them. Response was just to remove the cover from bottom of the lounge myself as its not there for anything!!! WOW again great customer service. As to date I have had nil satisfaction from anyone at West Gosford and highly recommend people to think twice from visiting this store. My sales order # 396 - 640193 Invoice #: 396 - 102197
Staff training desperately needed.
Most staff in the Gosford Central Coast NSW Store need A Best Practice training program implemented. ASAP. The level of inconsistency and low level communication between staff and customer is so ridiculous its comical. Headoffice. Get it together! Train your staff so they can a) give the very best and honest service to all customers. b) staff benefit for their own working future. Reducing the nonsense that spewed from staff will only benefit your revenue.
Ps. Wont be returning ever.
Bad Quality Assurance
On 8/5/16 I purchased a Space Combo Robe 2 Door 2 Drawer id 49225 from your West Gosford Store - love the Combo but the Quality Assurance Checking is the worst I have ever seen. My husband proceeded to assemble and discovered the front of the drawer was missing - he had to then make a 27 kilometre round trip to West Gosford and the part had to be removed from another Combo for him to proceed with the assembly.
STRESSFUL !! So quite stressed he continued with the assembly and discovered two parts that did not belong and ANOTHER PART THAT WA...
If I could give ZERO stars I would
Purchased a lounge for almost $2,000, only for the corner piece to arrive ripped. The store then sent a replacement that was broken. Waited a week for a person to fix it. Then the recliner broke. Then the whole frame broke. We have been sitting on the timber frame for a long time. Not comfortable at all. Super Amart then decided to give an in store credit. For around $1200. For us to purchase a cheaper product. I have been sitting here all day for them to not even show up. I have now called 3 times, asking if I could just get an approximate tim...e for delivery. Was told no. What a boring day sitting around waiting for nothing to turn up. We are currently sitting on the floor. Thanks Super Amart, great customer service, pretty sure my next purchase will not be at your store. And if you're thinking it won't happen to you, either did I. I was warned of their bad products, now I'm just another one on the list.
I'm not usually one to complain but I bought a corner lounge less than 12 months ago for $2000. The recliner in it has bent so it can't be closed without dragging on the floor, the cushions have sagged and thinned so you can feel the metal frame in the seat and backrest & the foam of the cushion has separated in the middle of the 2 seater so you can see through to the floor. Not happy with it at all.

Good result but not without hiccups.
We picked out a couch that it turned out after it was sold to us had in fact already been sold. Disappointing. But a solution was found and the store manager generously gave us a better couch for the same price.
Unfortunately on delivery it was not the colour chosen. However the store manager kindly have us an extended warranty free cushions and ottomans.
I will shop here again, even though there were some problems they listened to my concerns which I voiced reasonably, I never became abusive or rude and they were reasonable and fair in return.
I purchased a Nixon 3 seater Sofa, supposedly made of linen material from Super Amart at West Gosford, NSW in December, 2013. I had problems with delivery dates as the lounge I bought was, unbeknown to me at the time, not in stock and apparently, as I was to ascertain later, still on the boat. I finally received the lounge some months after I had paid for it. Within 2 months of using the lounge, I complained about pilling of the material. As I am the only person using this lounge it is certainly not being misused.

I have gone into the store three times in the past two weeks my partner and I were / are going to spend $8000 dollars on new furniture the staff were unhelpful and seemed like you asking them to donate a kidney, today service was better but still think could improve. I would think when someone is spending this much money in your store you would be overly helpful and go out of your way. We chose the packages we wanted only to find will not be in stock for a month or more They offered us a free mattress protector and single mattress ,now we have...chosen another style as we need the furniture to put in new house but after reading reviews am having second thoughts especially with the service I have had there despite the man yesterday this does not help this decision.
west gosford horrible service
I have just purchased 3k + worth of products and extremely disappointed. The majesty package has come damaged, wood broken and unable to essemble, less then 24 hours old and already peeling off.I need a certain peice of wood that is numbered and chasing this up with the store is a night mare. I give them the number and they still cant work it out,keep saying they will call me back and they wont. Im chasing it up and still dont have a resolution. Thinking of returning everything and taking my money elsrwhere. Admin if you can help my email is email@example.com
West Gosford store the worst
Superamart was recommended to me....Purchased bed & 2 bedside table, told one left in stock, told could be delivered on the friday, salesman was really awkward/uncomfortable like he never served a customer before, paid in full via cashier who also was awkward, both no idea of customer service. Rang Friday as i hadnt had a phone call on what time delivery was coming, i was told there was none in stock. she said stock was due in this arvo & earliest delivery would be Monday, terrific when you take the day off work UNPAID, she said will ring when...stock arrived. Got phone message friday night to say arrived. Rang Saturday morning to arrange Monday delivery & also said I would like a refund on delivery fee, she said i'll speak to manager today. Never heard back, sent enquiry via facebook page. Received order Monday....finally. Got a call tuesday night from a staff member saying we got your enquiry from facebook & manager has agreed to refund delivery fee as a good gesture, i said amazing how know one calls me back until its posted via facebook which she interrupted to get my card details.....clearly didnt want to know/hear me. What sort of people do you hire & train at Superamart. How do you run a business. Great first time experience.
Have to buy new set 3 months later. $1900 wasted!!
Matching tv cab, coffee and dining $1900. Such bad quality that I'm having to buy another one 3 months later. Can not be used as slightest contact scratches or dents table. Work in law. Considering action... too many people I see are bein "robbed" by bad furniture and customer services.

purchased Eaton 3 seater with 2 recliners on sunday staff were attentive and so helpful was told delivery on saturday got text message friday informing me that i would be contacted saturday with delivery time .phone rang 8am saturday told between 9-12 midday the delivery men were here at 9.40 helped with the lounges were so friendly and helpful would purchase again
I bought a 4 sweater suade modular from the Gosford centre in its opening day. Having been planing a move I left it wrapped until I moved into my new house. Having moved in and using the lounge for 3 weeks!!! The foam in a seat and the chaise have made crevices that look like they were pushed upwards weird. While I rang Gosford an they quickly responded they gave me the option to a 50 good will refund or a replacement. Only there out of stock for 2.5 months min and I have to out of my pocket dry clean the defected lounge for oh&d reasons. Pitif...ull. Why should I be out of pocket for their default and why need it. Cleaned. It's broken I'd like to think it's going to be fixed or destroyed therefore cleaned before sold again. Just appears they'll do anything to make u keep their bad furniture... Bad warranty
Bad customer service and delivery
Purchased office package a sofa bed and a lounge. Was told it was all available. Upon delivery did not receive desk and delivery guys dropped sofa twice so wife ask them to put it in garage so they didn't break it. Then me and my wife had to get it in buy our selves. Then when we called to find out what was happening with desk and if we could get replacement, was told we had to wait a further four weeks. On top of all that. Was not told we had to assemble anything.
Poor quality. Service. Delivery. Sales lied and tried to get us to cancle purchase at other store
