left me on hold for 39 minutes, then half way through the conversation the phone "disconnected" took be over an hour to get back on to the warranty department and the when I got in contact I got the run around, 100% guarantee I WILL NOT ever purchase furniture from AMART again and will NEVER recommend to anyone else to buy from them. Would give a 0/5 rating if it was possible.

deteriorated significantly. The foam has softened far beyond what would be considered reasonable, causing deep sinking and a complete loss of proper support. On top of that, the internal springs are now clearly noticeable and uncomfortable, to the point where they can be felt pressing into the body during sleep. This is not just minor wear and tear — it is a serious failure in product quality.

This mattress was marketed as a premium product, yet it performs worse than much cheaper alternatives. The level of discomfort it now causes has directly impacted sleep quality and overall wellbeing. Invoice # 396 - 233356 What is even more frustrating is the lack of support from both Amart and Orthokinetic. Despite paying extra for a 10-year protection plan, the issue has not been resolved, and the customer service experience has been extremely poor. There appears to be little accountability or willingness to stand behind the product.

Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this mattress. The quality does not match the price, and the after-sales support does not meet basic expectations. This has been a costly mistake and a very disappointing purchase.

to pill not only was it pilling but the fabric was actually fraying, and the stitching coming undone also all the cushions were beginning to lose their shape. WITHIN MONTHS OF HAVING IT!! I submitted a warranty claim with amart only for them to take weeks upon weeks to respond about anything, finally a response saying they would have a technician come out and assess the lounge which he did and told us that the lounge shouldn’t be doing this, this early in its life. I thought after he submitted his report that I would hear back from amart ASAP.... NOOOO several phone calls later only to find out they had the report for over 2 weeks and haven’t bothered to get back to me. Every customer representative I spoke to was rude and condescending, one girl actually laughed at me and was very unprofessional! I was told in store when we were getting a replacement that this lounge would not pill or anything that it was a “good Quality” lounge... still no resolution from amart other than them trying to put the blame all on me when they’re the ones that sell cheap nasty products for thousands of dollars. Taking this matter to fair trading hoping to get a better outcome. Save your money and don’t bother with amart. They even sell you the smart care fabric care package and then still won’t cover your item under their own warranty guarantee!!!! DISGUSTING

complained, they said case closed! No reason why! I have often shopped at Allmart, but so disappointed in service. When I bought the lounge, salesman pressured me into buying 10 year warranty, saying it will cover anything that happens to lounge. The rest of lounge is perfect, can’t believe a leather lounge can look like this after 4 years.

issue at hand. The response is generic and refers to a Quality Agreement which clearly states that any defects will remand a repair, replacement or compensation. The store was contacted as well and repair was requested but the manager came back and denied any responsibility or influence to re-discuss warranty decision. Never going to buy again. Avoid Australis's worst quality furniture and an even worse customer service that is deaf to any of customers' issues once they have taken your money. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Prescott Recliner - doesn't allow you to recline!! – Bought Prescott manual recliner chair. When I assembled it it was not like the one in store which reclined and stayed in place. When you put leg extension up and lean back to recline the back of the chair forces you into upright position, so there is a constant pressure. Doesn't work. management to see if I could cancel over the phone and said she would ring me back, I never got a call back so my order should of still been active, so I decided I would go ahead with the order, a month later after not hearing from anyone I rang to see when the order is coming in only to be told they did cancel it a month before and my refund has been waiting for the past month for me to go in to collect, I told the assistant I didn’t actually cancel it, And that I had rang to see if it could be cancelled over the phone and was told no it can’t so I decided to go ahead with the order, I was more or less told bad luck nothing they can do and they wouldn’t honour my order, shocking customer service and shocking communication, this is the second bad experience I have had with Amart in the last 2 months, I will never step foot in Amart again

deposit $100 to my credit card so I could ‘buy’ the wheels myself from Bunnings? Are they kidding? I have 5 year warranty on my furniture and just because the item was ‘disconinued’ They were going to expect ME to replace all 16 wheels myself. I was disgusted. I said why can’t I just get a different model as long as it’s a tallboy with 5 draws. So the manager called back and said I was welcome to do so. Honestly never heard of such a thing? Unfortunately we could not find the right colour buffet, so instead we left with some new chairs to match our dining setting, still very happy. Clearly faulty and dangerous. They offered to replace it but I had to pay $50 the difference as I bought it on sale. I chose not too and left it. Now the Cot, which I have transitioned to a daybed/toddler bed just fell apart with my 2 year old in it. Lucky she was not injured , but terrible quality. I don't know how this has been considered safe and has met the standards. Waste of money!!! Lesson learned.

August 23rd 2016 Update: Poor Quality & Customer Service

WOW here we go again Super Amart are taking no responsibility for faulty products because "materials" are not covered under warranty!!! We have only had this lounge 2 months first issue is major piling Super Amart told us to go buy a depiling machine from spotlight!!! Now we have 2nd issue where the staples holding the fabric under the lounge are coming out and hanging down. I have a 1 year old and expressed my concerns as these may come out onto the floor or she gets her hands caught on them. Response was just to remove the cover from bottom of the lounge myself as its not there for anything!!! WOW again great customer service. As to date I have had nil satisfaction from anyone at West Gosford and highly recommend people to think twice from visiting this store. My sales order # 396 - 640193

STRESSFUL !! So quite stressed he continued with the assembly and discovered two parts that did not belong and ANOTHER PART THAT WAS MISSING so he could not proceed. He then had to make another 27 kilometre round trip to the store for PART F. Dave the Salesman at West Gosford Store was very helpful and apologetic and this sort of thing often happened apparently. A waste of petrol 54 kilometres he shouldn't have had to do - an assembly job made difficult and stressful - took 2 hours extra just running backwards and forwards to your store. Quality Assurance checking was ridiculous. The star I give is minus.

I have now called 3 times, asking if I could just get an approximate time for delivery. Was told no. What a boring day sitting around waiting for nothing to turn up. Terrible Quality – I'm not usually one to complain but I bought a corner lounge less than 12 months ago for $2000. The recliner in it has bent so it can't be closed without dragging on the floor, the cushions have sagged and thinned so you can feel the metal frame in the seat and backrest & the foam of the cushion has separated in the middle of the 2 seater so you can see through to the floor. paid for it. Within 2 months of using the lounge, I complained about pilling of the material. As I am the only person using this lounge it is certainly not being misused.

Super Amart offered to replace the lounge but when I asked if the new lounge would pill I was advised by the manager to pay an extra $100 to upgrade, buying a lounge of better quality. I paid the extra $100 and once again I waited for the new lounge to arrive. Finally, after many weeks the lounge sent to me was damaged, having holes in the cover, permanent indents in the padding on the arms, consequently it was returned to the shop. The second, third and fourth lounges were all damaged, one had staples protruding out of the material on the arm. These lounges were also returned to the shop. The lounge I finally got had some minor damage but I accepted it, not without drama, the removalists broke the wheels off my fly screen door in the process of depositing it in my house, the wheels costing me $20 to replace. I would have complained about the damage but by this time I was really fed up with dealing with these people. The lies and excuses were never ending, it appears they are of the opinion a simple saying “sorry” is the answer.

Super Amart gave me an instore credit of $150 for all the inconvenience they caused me. Whilst I accepted the credit, that was in no way compensation for the lounge.

This lounge I have had since 25/7/15, again the material started to pill within two months. The new lounge I paid for looks like it’s years old yet I’ve only had it for 3 months. I rang the store 3 times on 13/11/15 and asked to speak to the manager. On the third call, I was told the manager couldn’t deal with my problem, that the store manager would ring me on 14/11/15 first thing. The sales person told me to go to Spotlight and buy a pilling gadget, I explained that would not fix the problem as if I had to keep depilling it, there would be no material left. Much to my disgust she also told me the pilling was caused from me wearing denim and sitting on the lounge. I rang the store at 10:05am on the 14th, the manager was busy, I rang back an hour and half later, manager still busy. Finally he rang me back, I explained the problem and asked for a full refund of my money. The manager stated to me the pilling was not covered under the warranty even though I was told to upgrade to avoid this problem again. Again I was to to depill this brand new lounge.

The facts are this lounge material is not linen as described and stated on the invoice. This fact alone voids the warranty argument they are hiding behind. It appears there is no quality control within this company, the quality of the goods are substandard. Super Amart knows there is a problem with the material in regards to this particular lounge but still continue to sell the stock.

The manager refused to refund my money, stating they had all they could to help me. I am forced to investigate further options to recoup my money.

We chose the packages we wanted only to find will not be in stock for a month or more They offered us a free mattress protector and single mattress ,now we have chosen another style as we need the furniture to put in new house but after reading reviews am having second thoughts especially with the service I have had there despite the man yesterday this does not help this decision.
