Very friendly staff led by Daniel, purchased dining room package, bedroom package and outdoor setting package, pricing was excellent, delivery on time as advised, product great, easy to assemble with good instructions, highly recommended
Horrible customer service
I ordered the Nobby outdoor setting in August 2018 and since then I have been facing a lot of issues and till date haven't got a resolution or my order. There have been a series of events that I would like to describe here. When I ordered this piece (Nobby) I was told the delivery time frame would be end december to which I instantly checked that I won't be here for 5 weeks so would that impact anything? I got a response that the store will call you once the stock arrives and you can let us know when you can pick this up. When I was away I was ...aware that my number probably wouldn't work as I am overseas so as a responsible customer I dropped the store emails letting them know that I can pick up the product after I land back in Melbourne. Once I arrived I went to store to pick up my order (Nobby) and to my surprise the the order was cancelled. The staff asked me to re-send them the emails as they denied they got any of the emails. After resending the emails twice the response I got was " Due to technical glitch we must have missed the email". after that it's been 4 times that I have visited the store for a resolution, but haven't got to any final resolution. I was told the Nobby setting will arrive in May end which doesn't suit me and I have been very patiently telling that I am ready to work with them to check out what other options I have. The store manager also refused to give me price match on any other item and later said take Nobby for the same price but wait till May It's frustrating to hear on my last visit when one of the staff members told me that the manager isn't available and he hasn't left any notes for us in system where as I was working with him (same staff) on my lat on my previous visits (2 hours) discussing what options they can give me. I call the store thrice yesterday to save myself some time and tell them how frustrated I am with all of this and they couldn't put me to manager. Overall it's been a long long time and I don't see any other option than posting here
Amazing Customer Service
I just want to thank Amart Furniture for the amazing customer service they provide to us time and time again. Recently, I placed an order online for 2 fiesta bar stools which were not in stock at the time. However, I was contacted within a couple of hours of placing the order to be advised that my order had been received and I would be contacted once the stools had arrived. Sure enough, a couple of weeks down the track I received an email and sms advising that my goods had arrived and could I reply with a pick up date which I did. Upon arriving...at the pick up dock at the Munno Para Store I was greeted by Rob who took me inside, confirmed my order and advised me that he would bring the goods to my car. This was the second time that I had dealt with Rob and his customer service skills are second to none - absolutely exceptional. He is always friendly, polite, courteous, professional and nothing is too much trouble. He made me feel really valued as an Amart customer which is so refreshing in this day and age when customer service standards have really slipped across other organisations. Rob is an absolute credit to himself and an asset to Amart Furniture. Thanks again.

When we paid the $5500 for our leather lounge sweet we were also sold the leather care package which we were told at the time that any damage from kids to animal damage was covered guess what what a crock of lies. We were told we didn’t clean them enough and it was our fault so not covered
Terrible, cheap quality.
I bought the spacesaver drawers for $249, expecting decent quality for the price. The wood (if you could even call it that) came out of the box damaged and then was difficult to assemble. The structural integrity was poor and overall the quality of the materials was very poor. Would not buy again.
Very helpful and polite, knowledgeable and kind. Not pushy, good range of products, colours. Some thing for every person's taste and life style. Good life style designs and prices. Great.
Anthony from amart has been extremely helpful in all our visits to buy furniture from amart. We have even rang him to ask about prices and he has arranged everything for us. Once we were in Qld and saw something on sale that we had been looking at, we rang him and did the order over the phone with a small deposit. So when we returned from our trip we didnt miss out on the sale. Nothing has been too much trouble. All the staff are so nice and helpful and knowledgable about their stock.
I wish I never walked in the door. Bought a couch and dinning setting. Both are cheap rubbish. Will probably need to replace couch in 12 months. I called customer care about wobbly legs on chairs and the sales woman said it was my fault, I put them on wrong. Putting legs on chairs is pretty straight forward. I completely regret purchasing anything from amart.
At first the customer service was very pushy and not overly helpful. We left the store but decided to ring back later and ask if the bed we wanted could be done at a better price. The lady we spoke to (Gina) was very helpful and extremely friendly to talk to - she completely changed the feeling we had of the stores customer service. As for the product, when we got home to assemble it, a washer was missing so we had to go to Bunnings to purchase the missing washer. The bed also had big black shoe prints all over the frame and a few scuffs, which is annoying as we bought this bed brand new straight out of the box. The overall quality of the bed seems to be great so far though - very sturdy.
What is going on
When to purchase a sofa and recliner on the weekend. Got a good deal for the staff when back after the weekend and they said they couldn't do it at that price because it wasn't busy that day. So u have to wait in the car till there busy to get a good deal!

Poor quality sofa
Sofas arrived with some minor damage, marks on arms from storage etc, took ages to sort out but got it swapped over.
Paid $2,500 for it but 2 years later it’s fit for the bin!!!
-2 out 4 recliner cords have snapped
-corner piece of sofa has totally gone, no weight can be rested against the back, so it’s useless.
- leather look material has bubbled and peeled in many areas
- and seats have sagged so much it’s totally lost it’s shape!!
Didn’t expect to be needing to buy a new sofa so soon!

Lounge Suite falling apart!
Our lounge suite is falling apart underneath! The under-lining is falling disintegrating and the main fabric has pre-maturely worn. Didn’t want yo know about it when I went into complain!

Damaged furniture on delivery & poor customer care
We purchased two lounge suites 5 months ago, one was returned due to damage - that exchanged couch has lumpy seats and cushions, should be flat and smooth and was covered in pilling. Second lounge has been changed twice and was recently waiting for the third to arrive due to previous ones being damaged upon arrival, the third is also damaged - had been paying for a lounge for 5 months that we don’t have. Delivery company damaged our home upon one of the exchanges and aren’t being cooperative to repair the damages - 6 month old home. I’ve chased...Amart this whole time to get no where and be ignored then told my emails had started being deleted! Offered $300 compensation for a nightmare 5 months. Amart have not been compassionate, considerate or helpful throughout this ordeal! Will never shop at Amart again! Disgusting. Still have a damaged lounge and still have a damaged house. Amarts communication is very poor!
Disgusting furniture, terrible reason
Sofa is a pic of junk. Got soften not even 2 years they claim it is normal ware and tear , my foot, trying to get way from liability. Not recommended at all. Don’t even go
Easy to navigate, light clean store, helpful but not pushy staff, bought 2 dark grey Spartacus recliners it was a 2 for 1 deal. Comfortable on every level, very happy.
Absolutely dismal and unprofessional delivery service...don't know about the product yet
We bought an entertainment unit and it was delivered through a package without having any opportunity to look at what has been delivered. It was also delivered wrong side front in a very unprofessional manner. We got a person behind us at all times during purchase. It is extremely disappointed to see that our presence was completely ignored during the delivery process. We were planning to buy quite a number of items but fortunate not to make a decision yet. We are a long term customer and did have a good previous experience. But, this time it is dismal and hopefully we will not have to go back again in the store.
DISSAPOINTING QUALITY “BIG 0” RATING had to do 1 star which is another trick.
Worst quality I’ve ever purchased. The side rails feel like they are made with cardboard. Absolute rubbish for the price we’ve paid. Customer service was useless, had to wait for replacements and then by rude delivery people who cannot even speak properly, forget politely. Most unhappy and Will make sure we never shop here again. NEVER buy rubbish from this place again, FIRST AND LAST. Pictures speak for this product. Same story with 2 bedroom suites purchased here.
After years of spending countless dollars at A Mart over thw years. I Purchased a queen bed on 25th January then on 27th see the same bed advertised for $200 less than I paid. Spoke to manager regarding refund and was more or less told tough! eventually agreed to $100 refund, but only store credit. Will of course use my store credit and then bye bye Amart. I will never again spend another $1 there and will be advising anyone/everyone I know to do the same.
Good overall service and value
Store is spacious with ample choices and staff was helpful in taking orders. I had to wait months for my order which I can accept because the shipment did arrive on time. 1st delivery was a floor stock 3 seaters recliner, they sent 2 small guys to do the delivery and they struggled to lift it, I ended up had to help and the seat got ripped because they took off the plastic protection. Spoke to the delivery manager and he politely apologized and offer store credit and now received after 3 weeks, at least they have done something to rectify. If ...you think Ikea stuff take effort to assemble, some of Amart furniture will be even harder. Bought the Majesty set and each one has so many parts to assemble and the items are so heavy. The saving from purchasing this set ended up hiring people to assemble them. Instruction was either incorrect or missing pages(see pic). You get what you pay for, the cheap price means they use laminated wood even though they look good and real, look closer and the finish are not great. I am not complaining since I am like the price range but not sure how long they will last.
Absolute crap products. I have the shadow 9 piece outdoor setting, It cost thousands! I was told if i looked after it it would last me years and years! It was under cover and covered, it is only 6yrs old and 2 legs are completely rotten through. Amart did not want to know about it. So i am stuck with an unusable outdoor table. I feel so ripped off.

omg after reading what people have to say I was going to buy a lounge from you I'm thinking no way will I be buying from there
We moved from Victoria to the Gold Coast and needed to set up house again. We bought a lot of stuff from Harvey Norman and had no problems at all. Because we are not familiar with the roads yet we basically stopped at the Amart super store because we came across it, saving us further travels. The salesman was charming and assured us that everything would be delivered by a certain date.
We had two deliveries by different companies come on the same day, but the 5 pillows did not turn up and when I rang, the office told me they were out of stock and would be available in 3 weeks, and Im still waiting. I wrote to the CEOs office and had no response. I rang the salesman who could not exactly remember what he had told us about the pillows and availability. We have since purchased another lot of pillows and have written the money paid to Amart off.

More on Brisbane road. They were terrific with the added benefit that all their furniture is put together, no flat packs - plus they had good prices. Next to them was a bedding place so we were doubly sorry that we bought anything at all from Amart.
