be at least 2 weeks contrary to what was advertised. So Amart are trying offload distribution expenses to the customer! Also, the caller wasn't even able to tell me the address of the distribution centre.

I wonder it they would like me to treat them the same with my payment. "Your money is in Karratha but you have to tell me when you want to pick it up, and I wont tell you the address before hand."

Seriously, what's the point of a bricks & mortar store it they don't carry stock? Avoid Amart and just shop from Temple & Webster, they have stock and probably charge less for delivery even to WA. It's all crap from China anyway.

edge of the bed. The edges are not curved and are very sharp. He was bleeding and is now scared to sleep in the bed. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times with no response. I even went to the shop but was told that nothing could be done. As a result, I had to spend additional money to buy a separate step so my son could safely climb into bed, and I added pool noodles to all the edges to prevent further injuries.

The bed is also extremely difficult to assemble and feels very flimsy. Screws are falling out, and some were left over after assembly.

Firstly, the process of initiating the warranty claim was unnecessarily complicated. I had to jump through numerous hoops, providing extensive documentation and proof of purchase, only to be met with a lack of responsiveness from their customer service team. It took days of back-and-forth communication before any progress was made, which was already a red flag indicating their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction.

When I purchased the chairs , I was assured that the chairs would be replaced promptly should material shred.

To make matters worse, when I finally managed to speak to a supervisor, they seemed disinterested and unhelpful. They offered no explanation for the delay and showed no urgency in resolving the issue. It was evident that they had no regard for honoring their warranty promise or providing satisfactory customer service. Supervisor of Osborne Park store that has spoken with me on Sunday (26/11/23 around noon) is the worst supervisor I have dealt with in my entire life. Rudeness, disrespect and unprofessionalism of that person is just something I have never experienced before in my life. I urge customers- do not purchase anything from Amart Furniture and save yourself humiliation dealing with this unprofessional company that gives nothing but empty promises.

The lack of professionalism and accountability displayed by Amart Furniture throughout this entire ordeal is truly disheartening. Their failure to replace the chairs under the manufacturer warranty, despite promising to do so, is a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction and their unwillingness to stand behind their products.

I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before purchasing from Amart Furniture. Their warranty promises are nothing more than empty words, and their customer service is abysmal. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking furniture options from more reliable and reputable retailers.

Broken in less then 4 months. Won't honor returns – Sold us a bed that lasted 4 months and then broke. Used their warranty/returns outlet and it took them 2 weeks to get to the return stage. chairs are packaged is very poor. Arrive with ripped boxes, Styrofoam inside all broken and messy. The manufacturer packs metal parts next to soft plush fabric. Very poor quality control. Disorganized delivery calling me with wrong information.

Delivery drivers also not very careful of stock handling.

If my chairs arrive damaged again i will go to the media and consumer affairs.

got replaced. But I then later decided to spend a bit more in hopes the couch would last, but a couple years in and similar problems are appearing. We are not heavy people who live on the couch so to have this happen yet again, no matter how much you spend on their couches is disappointing. I have lodged a warranty claim and await a satisfactory resolution. I am not really interested in getting another of the same couch as, otherwise, it feels I will have to keep getting back to Amart every few years when the seats collapse. I will update the review advising how they have resolved this.

We went and he showed me footage and in that footage i was not seen nor it shows where I handed him cash. I asked him if there is any footage of location where it could be seen I handed him cash to confirm no cash by mistake was dropped. He said no other footage we have and got offended and aggressive . Easy way for him to get out of this situation was to give us refund, so he said take your refund we don't want to sell goods to you. I asked him to refund $1167 but he refused to pay and only paid $1067. Varun being store manager for Amart Osborne park he had no work ethics, no customer service.

Because i didn't pick furniture and he was holding cash he had wrong attitude and asked us to call cops and do whatever i want to do. Because of his and staff carelessness I had suffer a loss of money, time and embarrassment. He was not apologetic for his carelessness and rude behaviour, instead he was blaming me that I paid him less money. He also called cops while me and my partner were in store however cops could not help on this matter. He made us feel like we robbed something from Amart store. I went back to resolve the issue but his and other staff behaviour was completely unethical. It seems like new scam in market. Beware guys if you pay cash ask this guys to count in front of you. As store manager make mistakes and Amart don't care about this. They just want you to believe what they say. Specially Varun and Amart store Osborne park . Completely frustrating and humiliating experience. I had bought so much furniture from them in past, they make u feel helpless.

amounts of money I expected the table to be put together. In addition to us having to assemble it the chairs are also wobbly as the legs are not all exactly the same size. Needless to say I will never shop at Amart again. So customers be aware that they don't tell you that you have to assemble items yourselves they just expect you to know that.

certainly don't pay a lot a Super Amart but you do get what you pay for.... which is cheap rubbish. Thoroughly disappointed as I thought it would definitely last longer. full refund since so much has gone wrong in the first year. I am waiting on a response from HQ and the store, but I thought I would let others know too. Would there be any reason not to grant me the refund? Its clearly a Major defect as I would never had knowingly bought these couches if I knew they were going to squeak and crack every time I sat down and clearly the store floor stock don't make these sounds so they obviously differ. The rippling of the material looks horrible and tired and makes the lounge look 10 years old. small scuff mark on the leather of the chaise piece on my Maddox Lounge black leather and there are several white spots on the back cushion and the chase centre supporting foot and the corner piece supporting fee is short by 2-3cm off the ground so the corner piece and the chaise piece has no support in the middle so i have to make something from the cardboard it's fully supported.

I contacted Super Amart Osborne Park straight away after I unpacked and noticed the issues and they made arrangement to send Leather Doctor to have a look at the scuff mark and to replace the feet and the white spots.

Leather Doctor Steve came to my house a few weeks ago and attempted to repair the scuff mark but It is clearly visible still and he said the feet replacement is all wrong and will have to get back to me and he said if he attempt to repair the white spots on the back cushion of the chase leather it'll look bad and will stick out.

Look I am not happy with the way Osborne Park has been dealing with my problem and this should have been replaced for brand new since day 1 when I contacted straight away after unpacking the lounge. This is clearly a damaged on arrival and Super Amart Managers at Osborne Park passed on the message to the phone staff said this is not significant damage for them to replace the chaise piece. But I can see that scuff mark every time because the back of chaise is being seen from my dining room and it's dividing the open plan living room and dinning room.

I would not recommend purchasing from Super Amart cheap furniture although this wasn't exactly cheap and their customer service is appalling.

in April advising that the stock had come in early and was ready for collection. I then received another phone call a few days later advising the same, I advised I would arrange to collect the following week. I then received another phone call asking when I would be collecting. I advised I had book a trailer hire for the Saturday and would be down to collect. I drove 51 kms which took over an hour to get to the store to collect. I paid for the product in store and was asked to go to collections. I was left waiting outside collections 30 mins when the guy came out and advised me the product was discontinued and the only available one was the one in the showroom on display. I asked to speak to the manager as I had received three phone calls asking me to come and collect. He was very dismissive and very unhelpful in the way he spoke to me (a mere woman) he tried to walk past me to speak to my husband even thou I was the one dealing with the issue. He then said he would be able to get me one for the week after. After I told him I had drove over an hour to collect and had to hire a trailer. I told him I expected free delivery which he reluctantly agreed to. I then had to travel over an hour back home. Not only did I waste my Saturday morning driving round for nothing and the petrol it cost but also the hire of the trailer. How can I receive three calls advising the product was in stock and at the warehouse to be told this was discontinued and how was the manger going to find one for next week. This will be a wait and see game, if this is the last one available. I am in the process of building a new home and had already picked out new furniture from Super Amart to the total cost of $20,000 which I can now tell you I will not be spending.

between a $1500 and $3000 mattress, which were the same brand and model.

I was told to pay a deposit to lock in the special and then I would receive a call back with the specifications I wanted. Never received the call back of course. How do they not have specifications on $1500+ mattressses?

Not going back here, the sales people and managers are a joke.
