Not deliver my book
Attempted delivery mentioned on amazon website for books that I ordered without signature required.
I was at home all day and I have cctv on my house to prove that there is no attempted delivery. The driver do not send any card notification.
This is very unprofessional!
I never have this issue with ebay and other online book stores.
The WORST delivery experience I've had in over 30 YEARS.
This service is horrible. I won't be ordering anything else through this company. Amazon Australia should be ashamed at the service. They gave me a delivery date of Friday for a birthday gift for my daughter. That date changed to Monday and now its changed to Tuesday. I probably wont get it till next Friday. In other words, unless you're intentionally trying to ruin someones Christmas day or birthday DO NOT USE THIS ORDERING SYSTEM. This warning is not in malice but in sadness. I'm so embarrassed I couldn't give my daughter her gift on the day ...and now it's still not here. I also asked for a call from customer service, and got an email which looked completely scripted. The email stated their apologies which they probably do to every screw up!
Amazon - poor service and customer handling
Bought an electric scooter from Amazon (Australia) using Amazon Prime. Never got the order, despite it being after the estimated delivery time. Was emailed on 4 separate days saying that the courier (Toll) attempted to deliver but couldn't. However, that is a straight out lie as no attempts were made because 1. I work at home 2. no one 'attempted', rang or even left a pick up slip on any of the days 3. one attempt was actually on a Saturday (generally, deliveries don't occur on Saturday in Australia) and 4. the last 'attempted delivery' occurre...d when I received a different package from Amazon, thus proving I was home and/or that my home has no problem with 'accessibility'. A 5th email actually had the audacity to say that the package was 'refused by the recipient'! (again I was home all day, no one came to the door). Amazon's solution was for me to wait 3 days after the expected date (which I did) and then to wait 48hours again (since it still didn't arrive) or refund the money. This was unsatisfactory because not only did I lose out on time wasted but I didn't even get the product...and no apology or acknowledgment that they were at fault. Don't trust Amazon or Amazon Prime and will not shop with them or recommend them to others.
Cheap but don't deliver items - very strange
I have ordered several products through Amazon. What i have noticed is that you cannot guarantee you will receive the items you have purchased. This seems crazy right.. I first ordered a table tennis table and after waiting a long while.. i contacted amazon and was told that the table was damaged and could not be delivered.. even though the tracking status said the item was almost at my door.
Then more recently i tried Amazon again. It worked! i received the item ordered and it came very fast! great :)
But.. then i noticed today another item...was 1 week overdue - so i messaged amazon on the chat feature. They responded on chat saying sorry - that item is lost in transit and will not be delivered. On the tracking status - the item had reached Melbourne and passed customs checks. Here is the chat readout below: You are now connected to AMITH from Amazon.com.au AMITH:Hello, I'm Amith and I'll be glad to help you.
sent wrong item, no customer service contact, I have to go out of my way to return item and wait 4-6 weeks
Sent an item that is clearly incorrect and weighs 1/10th of the weight of the item I ordered which should have been detected from that alone before it left the warehouse. No contact option as its from amazon US and only option is to return the item for a refund so I have to repackage, print label and drive out to a parcel point location to return it then wait weeks before I get a refund when I just want the item I ordered.
false & misleading marketing ...
I bought a screen protector for my iPhone 11 plus, simple enough however when you search for iPhone 11 plus you expect to get the covers for the relevant phone in this case 99% was there was 1% that was for an iPhone 11 standard. It was their recommended product, guessing paid advertising. So sadly I received the wrong size product. So confusing, why you bother doing this is just annoys your customers.
Amazon straight out stole money out of my account as a seller!
I don't have a seller account with Amazon but they just debited my account anyway as a seller.Hours of emails and phone calls resulted in nothing being done.Heres an example of how helpful they are

Seller didn't supply product ordered and Amazon was to chase them up, mysteriously the phone number to contact Amazon has disappeared off the website. Sellers name YI MANG AU, where I bought Mobile cases for my phone. The seller supplied a bluetooth headset which I don't use and Amazon have not emailed them the correct details, obviously a language problem. So I've lost my money and still don't have a case for my phone. Will deal with ebay in future much easier to deal with. Will never use Amazon again.
Attempted to purchase mens garment via amazon. Well convoluted & not user friendly system. Slick marketing however too smart for their own good. Looked elsewhere Gave up om Amazon. Tried E Bay

Product images are sometimes misleading. Consequently, you need to read the specification very carefully (for example, size). Additionally, the packers at Amazon appear to be shipping damaged products or products not in perfect condition. However, their return process does seem straightforward if you don't mind waiting sometime to get your money back and going out of your way to print a return slip and drop the repackaged box at a designated location. The company also appears to reject negative reviews too easily which is giving bad products a false higher rating by not approving negative comments. The call centre is quick to return a call if you need assistance, but similar to other companies centre operators are overseas.
Why are 90% of the movies relating to Jesus or God?
I have recently subscribed to Amazon Australia (apologies if this is the the US site), and every time I download a movie that is not a top seller, I get inundated with god is good content. In this day and age, how completely inappropriate is this? Please advise of God content on the descriptor of prime videos, so people of other faiths are not placed in an uncomfortable position. Thank you.
Poor products and they do not deliver products.
Purchased ryobi one battery and the split in half. Only one month return policy. Purchased oculus quest ear phones with the VR set. Just didn't deliver. Have you ever tried to get a reply. Tried getting through their maze to get a reply. Purchase somewhere else.
Fastway does not deliver Amazon
Friday 22 November, 11am - I receive am email saying Amazon 'attempted to deliver my parcel but was not successful.' 20 minutes later I observe a Fastway van outside my apartment block - the driver goes straight to my mailbox, drops a card and drives off - no 'Attempted Delivery'! This is the second time this has happened - shame on Fastway, shame on Amazon.

2nd Class Service for Australian Customers!
Very disappointed in Amazon. No problems when I lived in UK, however since moving to Australia I feel like I am dealing with a different company.
1st issue -I purchased an amazon 4K fire stick when I was overseas. For some strange reason the better quality 4K do not work in Australia for Amazon Prime - Yet I can access Netflix using it no problems. If I want to watch Prime I will need to purchase the basic version.
2nd issue - I purchased a $400 Kindle Oasis due for delivery 27/12. I monitored the tracker all day which confirmed tha...t it was on time and would be delivered by 8pm on that day. It did not arrive and at 8.01pm the tracker changed to advise that it would be delivered 28/12 or 29/12, however if it did not arrive by 30/12 to contact them. I was really looking forward to receiving my kindle and even cancelled my plans to wait in for it to arrive. I emailed Amazon yesterday to say how disappointed I was, but No response, tracker has not been updated and it did not arrive today. I spoke to friends in UK who never have any issues and even get delivery for some items same day. I wish I could cancel the order and take my business elsewhere but no stores in WA stock the Oasis.
prices may be good but delivery time and communication FAILED
ordering was easy and taking my money easy but delivery time already over the maximum time by three days and counting - unable to contact Amazon but seller is only contactable by email and courier company all that i can get from them is package DELAYED - no reason but heavy demand - no timeline of when i might receive package just that they are very busy
Amazon In League With Disreputable Websites
We ordered a figurine for our daughter in October 2019 as a Christmas gift. We were advised it would arrive between 11-22nd November. When we chased this up with Amazon, they fobbed us off with "Contact the Seller". This is indicative of corporate negligence. They took our payment, then when the goods did not arrive, they responded with "Not our problem". The seller in question is called What Australia Buys. This seller is not Australian, but rather they are Chinese. We have been fleeced twice before by Chinese websites online, who disguise th...emselves as British, or New Zealand or Australian websites. The fact that Amazon have listed disreputable companies to sell on Amazon is, in my view, Amazon's problem. Yet they take no ownership of the issue, but certainly take ownership of customers money. This is the definition of corporate greed, and corporate irresponsibility.
Worst support ever
My account got hacked. The Australian Amazon froze my account immediately. The American one was impossible. They sent me an email stating dont give personal info as our staff will never ask for top etc. they did . I asked for a supervisor and was hung up on. Guess our ombudsman has no jusistican in America why would they need to be accountable. Would never recommend . Still no closer to resolution
AMAZON GIFT CARDS in Australia
Amazon gift card , given to my son and it is not redeeming the code. It was a birthday gift. Checked al the help links and you have to contact them. Guess what, the contact them screen, just won't open and allow the screen to function. I can see all the subtitles for entering information but it is pretty much hanging there and useless. I opened up another window to try again but it is not working. I would hate to think what you do when your orders don't work, or you spend hundreds of dollars. DONT do it, as when something goes wrong you won...'t be able to contact them or give them a review or anything. You can't use a gift card it at the end of cart /checkout either, you must enter it to your account first. But if it won't redeem you are left stranded. What an easy way to make money for nothing AMAZON

I bought something from amazon Australia and supposed arrived in 22 days ,but after delays ,I write something about bad delivery in review and give 1 star to seller, but amazon doesnt let it go publish.
And now 28 days pas and still I dont have my package .

Order arrived in its retail display box with postage/invoice labels attached - useless for a Christmas present.
Decided to use Amazon Australia for the first time. Bought an item (Cake Stand) that was 'fulfilled' by Amazon US directly. Took 19 days to arrive with Prime Expedited, thats fine nothing special though. However it arrived in its retail display box with postage labels and invoice attached. No outer box protecting it from its long journey. So much for their latest ad with singing Amazon boxes - they must have run out. Contacted support and they offered to give me $10 off my next order. Too bad I wont be using that voucher as I closed my account. Ive had better experiences from Gumtree and thats not saying much.

Can anyone suggest me, i have ordered a foundation. Everyday they are saying expecting this day, that day and now they are saying product is lost. There is no number you can contract with the seller only through email but they are not responding. Anyone know what should i do now?
