My cooler isn’t working now. When press “Rice “button, usually it will show “P 12” for few minutes, then starts count down. Now, “P 12” is shown only few seconds, then starts count down. But the cooker never heats up. Could you please let me know what is problem? How to fix it. Thanks.

How many quarts is the Ky318b ambiance pressure cooker?
I purchased this cooker second hand a couple months ago and just found out that it is discontinued. I would like to replace the inner cooking pot. Is it still possible to get a replacement?

Is Long Cooking pressurized?
Not sure what you mean. If you select pressure cooking then yes. It is pressurised. Slow cooking shouldn't be.

Is there a guide that shows Ambiano settings for Instant Pot recipes? For instance what is the “normal” pressure setting on the Ambiano? What is “high pressure”? The terms long-cooking and slow cooking are ambiguous and could mean different things depending on how you look at it.

Does this pressure cooker hiss loudly the entire cooking time?? I have just been given one as a gift, to use as a pressure cooker, when I put all the food in it, select the "chicken" on the digital menu, with the regulator button on "pressure" that is the icon facing the little arrow on the black lid, it starts to hiss when building pressure, when it is reached the indicator starts to count down time but the entire time this cooker hisses so loudly you can't hear yourself think. When it finishes I get no beeps, and so I turn the regulator to release steam, and can open the lid easily. The food was cooked well, but the noise seems to be endless. Is this normal?
My lid just does not want to click in place? What am doing wrong?
I assume this is a problem when everything is cold. It should be easy to place the lid into position and rotate it anticlockwise 30 degrees into the closed position (locking pin on the left hand side). Practice doing this without the bowl in place.
If the problem persists try rinsing the lid and its components thoroughly as follows....
Remove the steel plate.
Remove the silicone ring from the steel plate.
Pull off the Pressure regulator cover (that dome under the lid).
Now rinse everything well, including the lid. (The safety valve should be quite loose, visibly popping in and out as you turn the lid upside down and back again).
Now reassemble the lid.
Ensure the bowl is in the cooker.
The clean cold assembled lid should easily position and rotate into place on top of the cooker.
