honesty and good friendly advice. From then on, I dealt with Gill who has a wealth of knowledge and experience and she went above and beyond to help - nothing was too much trouble. With numerous visits and taking home of samples Gill suggested a carpet I hadn't even looked at, which ended up being the right one. The carpet arrived when promised and was installed by Trent who is also an asset to this company. His respect of our premises, his friendly manner and his willingness to help me move some bigger pieces of furniture as well as his knowledge of installing the carpet with limited joins, was so appreciated. I cannot recommend Andersens more highly. These people know their business and will do all they can to make sure you are happy with your choice.
