Andersen's Aspley Vynil Flooring – Donna and Team at Andersen's Aspley were great to deal with for our flooring needs. We had old tiles/carpets removed and replaced with vynil floor tiles and Nathan the flooring tradesman did a fantastic job.

attentive to what we were looking for and why, listened to our thoughts then began making some suggestions. His knowledge of product coupled with a 100% genuine customer service approach meant that we soon felt very comfortable with the choices we had, and we were confident to book an at-home appointment with him thereafter. He attended our home with samples and we made our choice. Just had the carpet fitted today and I could not be happier - the quality feel of the carpet is excellent, and we are very happy with the outcome. I wish all sales experiences could be like this! The fitting was quick but not rushed, and I can see that quality is the primary focus throughout. Can't recommend both Larry and Andersens highly enough - I have absolutely no doubt that I'll be back as and when the need arises hereafter.

No so good experience – Had a not so good experience. I ordered hybrid floor tiles for my house from here. Items received were factory defective. On complaint the shop gave a refund of only 2 boxes, excluding install. Now whos going to remove the old and install the new?? So basically, i am forced to live with the damaged floor. Please double or triple check items before installing...
