Andersen’s Centenary are excellent! – Couldn’t have asked for a more excellent experience with Andersen’s Centenary. Stan and the Manager Dayle were both very helpful and easy to work with. Had my whole house done with these guys and it looks amazing. The installers were very friendly and professional. I was also happy with their price so definitely value for money.

Worst customer service – From the moment I spoke to [name removed] at Andersens Centenary I knew that everything would go pear shaped. But my wife was set on their product. So I gritted my teeth and pushed ahead. You would think that a business doing transactions worth thousands of dollars (about $6K in our case) might accept AMEX payments to assist with customer… Read more

convenience. It turns out convenience, or any kind of customer service, is of no interest to this lot. So I advised that final payment would have to be in installments to fit with the arrangements on my other credit card. The product (blinds) was delivered and installed but the fascias weren't sent. The installer advised 'a couple of days'. Weeks passed with not a word. We had to chase them up. If we hadn't we'd still be looking at an unfinished installation. Then I missed a couple of calls about finalising the account. Given how busy I was and their conduct to that point, it wasn't exactly at the top of my list of priorities. Next thing I get an angry message from the franchisee threatening debt collectors! When I called him back he was equally unreasonable and worse still, seemed to know nothing about payment by installments. Needless to say, the salesperson copped a mouthful when I got onto her. Stay away from this business!!!
