areas etc. Andersens quote was by far the best for an excellent quality carpet. We only had to wait just over a week for it to be laid. The carpet layers arrived on time, worked quietly and efficiently, moved all the furniture, put it back in the right places, and did an excellent job. They were very professional and clearly took pride in their work. All our dealings with them left us impressed that this is a company of the old school - that take pride in what they do and provide fantastic service to clients. And they provide a 12 month replacement guarantee -- yes if you decide you don't like your choice after all they say they will replace it free of charge within 12 months!!! Amazing!!

On installation day carpet went in fine however we didn't receive the trim we were told came with the carpet for the doorway and the carpet was literally flapping around after not being secured properly. Upon requesting this the owner told me we didn't receive it because they went off my room measurements and the amount of carpet should have been correct. This obviously made no sense? A week later someone arrived to install trim and chipped more paint off the skirting boards that we had to patch for a second time.

Thank goodness our experience is over with Andersens Helensvale, we will not be going back!

Had vinyl planks laid by Josh and Khalid, and they spent nearly a week cleaning out the old carpet, preparing the floor upstairs, laying the planks... was a huge job! 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas and a hallway, with a curved stairwell in the middle. Replacement carpet – The whole exercise from quote to replacing our lounge/ dining room carpet was carried out promptly and by pleasant people without any fuss.The old carper and underlay were removed and furniture all replaced. No mess.

Bad communication and delays – Communication and customer service was a let down for this company. When we complained about the delay they blamed it on logistics and worldwide delays and not once acknowledged they had made a mistake on their end. Such a shame. Won’t be using them again unfortunately.

Terrible Customer service – Salesman cancelled appointment on the day due to 'storm' which was interfering with his GPS. Said he would go back to the office and call me with another day and time. Never heard from again!! I was so disappointed as my husband was home that day from work and wanted to look at the samples also. I shouldn't have to chase him he should be chasing me! Word of mouth is also advertising...... I will be going with another company now that turned up.

Hopeless – Called into store and had someone come to my house for a measure and quote and still haven't received quote that was a month ago- last week i sent an email message through their site and still no reply.

bought the best product on the market but nothing worked. So I called in the carpet specialists that had originally laid my carpet about 5 years ago - they came in and measured the room and within a week they sent some identical twins out to lay it - they were so professional and polite and didn't complain at all about my naughty pets and the carpet is a success. Lady came out and did quote, but bungled that. When job was to commence on the morning it was booked in, contractor said he couldn't start because she hadn't allowed for enough tiles to come up. boards and wanted to charge us $400 extra to do that. Every other flooring shop we rang said the sealing is included in their quote. We needed carpets done after flooring but our experience (with Andersen's) made us go elsewhere
