I had to change my flight and wasn't sure if it would be a possibility. I was looked after by lovely Yuki who was amazing and was able to help me change my flight. Good service overall considering competitve prices, however waiting on the phone can be prolonged considering reduced number of agents. If you look for pricing as a factor they will help you get what you want. They do their best to accommodate and staff are friendly. Overall they provide a good service and agents willing to help and support. I would personally use them again.

refund me and virgin will not refund us or even consider a credit so we can use at another time. Extremely terrible customer service!!! Will never buy a ticket of them again!!! Be very careful buying a ticket of them because they will find any excuse under the sun not to help you out! No compassion, no empathy. Kept getting , it’s not in our policy when we clearly ticked refundable. It’s only refundable on their terms! Very disappointed and extremely frustrated!

 Follow-up  · As expected, no call back, no email or any support from them. I tried calling back to reschedule the ticket for another date however the fees to reschedule was more expensive then the initial ticket I purchased. When you tick refundable ticket, READ THE T&C’s because they will find any excuse to not refund you. It’s very misleading!!! I will never buy a ticket of them again. Terrible terrible customer service!!!

email arrived apologising and suggesting using their chat option which I have subsequently done and chat Francis was most helpful assuring me the return flight will have the extra legroom option included and offering to refund the additional costs associated with the original request. That remains to be seen

 Follow-up  · Refund received but chatline guarenteed extra legroom seating was as unknown by the airline on the return legs as it was on the outward legs. Southern China airline on London check in did give us an empty seat between us London to Guanzgou and the extra legroom requested Guanzgou to Sydney so airline pretty good but Aiunt Betty leaves a bit to be desired

The times for live chat after I come home from work are 240mins (4hrs!) and after waiting that long they give me 3 mins to respond to the live chat to keep the conversation open. I have given all details to process but they won't do that without me being on the live chat. 2. They do not reply to emails. 3. I have been put on hold and then hung up on many times. I am going to proceed with a formal complaint in the next 48hrs if I receive no response.

 Follow-up  · DO NOT BOOK WITH AUNT BETTY On 26 May Aunty Betty emailed to confirm they would progress the request for a refund and it would take 12 weekes. I just checked with Qatar and they do NOT have a request for refund and ridiculously sent me an email asking me to choose my seats! I can only conclude that Aunt Betty is delaying the request for a refund. Why won't they process it? Do they get a commercial benefit from doing that?

booking to an itinerary with two stops, much longer layovers where I will have to pay for overnight accommodation, and an arrival in Australia several days later than originally planned. I will now miss an important family event and I was also scheduled to start back at work.

I've spent the past two weeks while on my holidays (which I should be enjoying) trying to get this resolved. I've sent emails, online messages, have spent hours on the online chat which disconnects as soon as an operator is available, and attempted to call multiple times, only to be faced with wait times over 2 hours minimum and up to 4 hours —which is simply not practical when calling from overseas.

The lack of communication and customer service has been incredibly disappointing. After two weeks of trying to get a resolution, I've received no response except a message that said "call us" - which I have been unable to do due to the excessive wait times. I expected far better support when booking through a travel agent and would not recommend Aunty Betty based on this experience.

Please amend this immediately, or we will need to take legal action. We are incredibly frustrated and in financial distress over this amount of money and have attempted to contact the airline on more than 10 occasions through email, live chat and several phone calls.

the middle east. Didn't get notified by Aunt Betty at any point, I had to log in to the Qatar website to find out a week before that they were cancelled. I was then on phone hold for 3 hours before I could speak to someone at Aunt Betty about processing my refund. It's been 10 weeks, no refund received... called Aunt Betty again today, waited on hold for an hour, then was told that it could be up to 12 weeks or beyond for refund. Worst company in the world.
