From the first design meeting to the final handover, the entire journey was seamless. Sudipto was personally and professionally involved at every stage, patiently walking me through even the smallest details, whether it was structural choices, finishes, or the way natural light would fall through the living area. We both being civil engineer, worked collaboratively and set a clear focus area on quality assurance and quality control throughout the construction, where I received full cooperation and assurance from Sudipto. Sudipto provided an opportunity to inspect the construction work together with his site supervisor time to time to discuss on the issues and concerns and resolve in timely manner. Throughout this journey, I noticed maitaining safe work, quality control, cooperation and open communication are positive aspects of AusDream Build.

Due to the limitations of my block, I had to go with a custom build—a small, budget-friendly 3-bedroom home—and I wasn’t sure if it would even be possible with my constraints. But from the first call with Sudipto, where I explained my budget and realistic goals, I felt confident I was in the right hands.

Working with Priyanga, the architect, was smooth and collaborative. The CDC approval process went quickly, and Anik was later assigned as my site supervisor. The construction process itself was seamless and felt impressively fast.

The communication from the team—especially from Anik—was outstanding. The builder was flexible, and Anik worked hard to secure a few valuable upgrades for us without any extra cost. All our upgrade requests were fairly priced and well executed. We even swapped a few inclusions, and every request was handled with care and professionalism.
