Very poor warranty service – Aussie battery’s and solar are very under handed with there warranty. It has taken years of stalling by Aussie batteries and solar to now say it’s now prorated payment now as I am out of date with my warranty this all started in the warranty period. Do not trust Aussie battery’s and solar and still don’t have a replacement battery will never deal with this company ever again. Show details

Satisfied customer – Purchased 170AH lithium battery in April 2022. The battery had charging issues . I contacted Aussies Batteries by email last week . They asked me various questions and within 2 days of contact they replaced my battery with new. Very pleased with the service and can highly recommend them.

still onsite locking up. When I explained my situation and how far I'd driven to buy a new battery he kindly opened up the warehouse again and got the battery I wished to purchase from their warehouse. I was extremely grateful for him to stay late after the depot closing time and complete the purchase. When I left the depot, it was cloudy. About 15 minutes after than the sun came out and I went looking for my sunnies as I was driving into the sun to get back on the freeway to head south. I realised then I had left them at the depot. I called them up the next day and yes they had found them in their office so they posted them to me at no cost. You can't ask for better service than that and the battery has been going great as well.

Great service and technical advice – Had an issue with starting a diesel heater in my caravan spoke to the helpful staff at Aussie Batteries and Solar and they recommended a 175 amp Atlas lithium battery. Disgusting customer service – Lithium battery keeps shutting down in the cold. Was told he wasn't my therapist and they hung up. 4 auto electricians have now told me to get a different battery that self heats and doesn't need to be pulled apart and jumped everytime the temperature gets to zero. Saved my uncle $40,000 He got renogy Batteries instead for the pump rooms and the house backup systems. And is doing the same at the ither houses.

Off once again to a new auto electrician together the battery jump started again so I can use my sink and lights in my camper. Seems it's going to be a long wi ter but this is their only solution. Jump it with another battery.. most autoele Tricia's and caravan pla Es I e been too won't touch the battery or the brand.. Worst money ever spent. But a great talking point at every new camp-site since I live in it fulltime.

Lithium Batteries were well below the claimed capacity of 135AH – I purchased 2 x 135Ah Lithium batteries for my caravan. Batteries seemed to working fine, holding their charge, but I decided to have them tested when I wasn't using them (and the batteries were 10 months old), while waiting for my new caravan to built. a full warranty on their batteries, but failed to mention that it's a 30% pro-rata charge for each battery (a total of $651.00), even though they were not what I paid for. Even their own test report mentioned that each battery "failed capacity" (95Ah and 103Ah), but is able to hold it's charge. They are claiming it's a warranty issue, I'm claiming I didn't get what I paid for.

Unsupported – Very happy with previous transactions but now that I need assistance it seems they have changed their customer support in the last couple of weeks to email only and reply at their convenience. Not happy, still waiting.

Exactly What I Needed – I needed a battery for my camper van fairly quickly as I intended to travel. I did the usual ring a round and settled on Aussie, as they had them in stock and it was exactly what I needed at a great price. Poor man pays twice – Don't be a fool like I was, don't be lured by the price. If you want proper batteries you need to pay proper money. Product and Service – Bought 6x190ah slimline batteries for my caravan and truck to store my solar system. Great batteries as they have a good storage capacity whilst not being too heavy (46kg) to handle. You can even lay them on their side , so perfect for 4WDs and RVs.
