PATHETIC !!! There's always an Outage every week especially weekends & you'll wait for more that half an hr for someone to answer the helpline. Pathetic service, same problem. I would never recommend them to anyone. Moving to Starlink to avoid all this stressful outages. Show details

I have been with ABB since 2021 and for the past 8 months have experienced continual drop outs for all of my devices, not just internet. issue is with ABB and their product. ABB staff have been unable to remedy this situation and yet are charging full fees. I had the router changed (ABB charged me full price of course) and this worked and perhaps reduced the amount of drop outs but yet continues and ABB do not know how to fix this. Located in Karabar NSW and the only result that seems clear is for me to seek an alternative provider at some added cost. While some staff show that they are great with customers, support staff and the complaints handling has been very poor.

Supersonic speed and reliable too! – I eagerly changed to Aussie Broadband after a series of events that reduced my family's connection speeds from another supplier. We have 3 adults working or studying from home and the speed and reliability, especially for Video conferencing, are critically important. Blisteringly fast – I signed up for the super-duper gigabit plan, because, well, just because! Could it really be true? Turns out it is. Speedtest results in attached image. connections dropping out after a few minutes (I tend to leave open ssh sessions running permanently to my various servers around the world). A quick call to the helpline (for which I was only on hold for a few minutes) fixed that. The support officer was surprisingly knowledgable (ex IBM employee apparently) and fixed it lickedy-split.

Finally I am getting adequate service – My original NBN was fiber to the curb and beset by slowness and interruptions. Sometime got 5 mb/s download speed. When I had the chance, moved to fiber to the premises. The 3-4 guys installing the new fiber to the curb were here all day and did not seem to know what to do. connected the outside box to a new inside box. I had to supply my own cable to the modem. We usually got between 50-75 mb/s download speed for a few months (while paying for 125) before the signal degenerated slowly to 5 mp/s and then stopped completely. The technician Xenia from the NBN told us our cable to the street was okay, but no signal coming into the pit. He couldn't come until 6pm despite a booking from 1-5 pm. The next guys from the NBN (2 of them) seemed to be part of the same crew of 4 that originally put is our cable to the premises. They found the offending twisted cable in an hour or so and took another 2 hours to replace it. (It went up the street about 100 metres.) Finally all worked well and we are grateful that it is now working well.

What a nightmare – We cancelled our service with these guys and set a cancellation date so we would not be without internet before our new provider kicked in. Aussie broadband then cancelled our internet 4 days early for no reason and no one could figure out why it happened as they could clearly see the set cancellation date. They could not then just reactivate us… Read more

for the 4 days (even tho it was their mistake) but we had to talk to the sales team and put in a new order?! They set it up to be active again in the next 30min and for 4 days. 1 hour goes passed, internet still not live. Calls again, they will look into it again, have to transferred me to another team for me to check why it isn’t active. At this stage our new internet stepped in and became active early so I just left the Aussie broadband nightmare. Now 3 WEEKS LATER they have activated the 4 days order which has cancelled our internet with our new provider. Calling them again just askin to please cancel us out completely just delete us of their system and still sitting on hold cause I have to talk to another team AGAIN. Just wow, never dealing with Aussie Broadband again once this is finally sorted

have experienced the worst of the worst of the WORST with previous BIG name provider. I actually feel dread when I think about the dramas, loss of income, loss of business, poor poor poor service etc etc and then almost instantaneously I switch to Aussie smooth easy to follow charming tech's - night and day! I have nothing against an international help desk if they were helpful, but they were not. I bet everyone has called and then called back only to start the whole saga explaining the same problem and you've called before and its still not fixed etc etc and they start the whole process again - its beyond painful, Aussie Broadband read ALL the previous calls, they see what the tech before has done, its unbelievable!!! I honestly felt like crying for joy! And since set up, I have maybe had to call once twice for issues...honestly! And thats for 4 seperate business sites! I have 5 business mobiles unlimited, 4 landlines, nbn/wifi whatever its called QUICK connection at 5 sites and it cost me roughly $600 a month - for all of that and the BEST service you could ever want, what a bargain! I never ever write reviews but you will never regret the move to Aussie Broadband, dont wait until you pull your hair out, just jump!

Once the NBN issue was sorted, we placed an order for a new development application through Aussie Broadband on a Thursday evening. Amazingly, by Sunday evening, we had a fully functional connection, including the NBN hardware installation. Their support truly exceeded our expectations.

Well done and thanks – Just setup fibre to noded NBN via Aussie broadband today. The NBN tech was excellent and the switchover from copper NBN to Fibre was completed by Aussie within an hour of the hardware being installed with no interuption of service. The biggest advantage ofthe new service is the upload speed. Makes a big differnece when using software over the internet. Much faster response times. Show details ·  1

ALL HYPE! NOWHERE NEAR AS FAST!! – I've been with this mob now for 18 months and initially the standard was around 93mbps which is pretty fast, HOWEVER standards appear to have slipped and I have had countless number of dropouts and a terribly slow bit rate despite being located only 90metres from the Node! end and point the finger against me and blame my router (150mbps rated 5G) for causing these issues! Every time I have rest the router and done as they suggest NEVER changes the problem! Another annoying issue is that they offer no protection at all against phishing and scam emails and no real anti-spam filter set up despite this option being selected in the account settings. Overall: 3/10. Not happy with paying $105 per month for 3rd world speeds to be perfectly francis with you!
