I have Aussie Broadband NBN for 4 years, and it's the definitely the best Internet provider in Australia. They don't have peak congestion, I get the same speed all day long. If there's any NBN co maintenance in the area, they let you know weeks in advance by sms and email. And the best local technical support.

Perfect for my family , speed was no problem

So far we dont have any issues and everytime i ask my daughters they keep saying that it was fast, need internet like this to rely on especially my daughters are using a lot of for their online class , aussiebroadband was a great choice.

Promises kept!

Sign up and service provided as promised in efficient time and the setup was truely straight out of the box and turn it on. Excellent! Speed was less than expected but the immediately dropped the price to match the maximum speed capability.

Service has been set up exactly as planed, speeds are as advertised and no dropouts, yes! Coming to AB from very unreliable and patchy fixed wireless (Superloop) was quite a change. Keep it up Guys!

Moved from telstra to AGL who were pathetic....then found Aussie broadband....fast, reliable, no drop-outs and local call centres, friend gave me a referral code and $50 off each for joining...cannot argue with that

Trouble free installation. Staff did what they said they would do. My experience reflects what the advertising says - what a refreshing change!
Speed tests show I am getting what I pay for.
I moved from the biggest telco because they don’t understand customers. Aussie Broadband clearly do.

Just got connected to the internet. Had an issue with my modem as it was my first installation but just after speaking with the technician gabby (I think her name was) it was all sorted. These guys are amazing and so professional. Thank you again for the connection. Will definitely recommend to friends and relatives.

Great Internet Service Provider with Great Customer Service.

I have been an Aussie Broadband customer for last few months. So far so good with couple of issues (drop outs and slow internet), however I do believe they are due to maintenance works in my area and also we do live in an apartment.

AAA better than than the rest

When I first set up did have some issues but within a few minutes talking to a technician who is based in Australia all was sorted in 30 minutes even the call itself only took seconds to be answered

Best internet company

Very happy since moving across from telstra. Good nbn service and call centre has real people taking calls. Very friendly team and managed speedy resolution to issue that telstra couldn't fix for 3 months. Highly recommended.

Just amazing service, No waiting time when you call for assistance, and internet was up and running in no time. I was a customer with Telstra for many years, and when I moved home just recently I was without internet for weeks, eventually I gave up on Telstra called Aussie Broadband my Modem was posted immediately and as soon as I received the modem I was connected to NBN in 30 minutes. Thanks to Aussie Broadband just brilliant.

I have Been with Aussie for around 8 months. I recently moved, I was told connection to the new place would take 2-5 Days, I think it was up and running with in 1 1/2 days, I didn't have to pay $$ to move.
Stress free and sooooo easy.

Not Aussies fault the NBN here is so average - FTTN

I initially signed up for 100/20 and was informed that the max download speed achievable was 53 for this house so I changed my plan accordingly. Great service from Aussie. Their app is fantastic. Easy to use and so much info available in real time making diagnostics so quick and easy if the NBN is having issues. Aussie have nailed their part. Pity the NBN feels like a half hearted effort!

Perhaps. Depends on whether the modem is #unlocked# similar to a mobile phone.

Hey Niroj, thanks for reaching out with a question. The nbn New Development Fee (NDF) is not ours to waive, it’s an nbn fee that is charged through us, and as far as I’m aware, you must pay the NDF. We also don’t offer contracts for residential customers, so we wouldn’t be able to offer you a contract.

NBN 50/20 (Everyday)

How good is it for online gaming ? I usually play GTA 5 on laptops and PubG mobile on iphone. I had vodafone serivices before the speed numbers were good on speed test but for some reason ping was way too high in the game. Game worked fine on telstra mobile net or at my friends, but not on vodafone mobile internet. On same nbn I had dodo provider a week ago and the ping was really great. I just want to make sure same does not happen again with my next internet provider.

Hey Jaymin, great question.
Generally Aussie BB has great routing around Australia and whilst we cannot guarantee your ping, it’s normally really solid.
I personally play MW Warzone and never experience lag. I generally have low ping. I just tested my ping to the Aussie BB server and it was 8.

Vodafone showed 7 so far, yet in game the ping was too high. And since there is no cooling down period, I am worried about going into contract or paying set up charge if it wont full fill my purpose of gaming.

Fair enough, I can appreciate your concerns. If it helps, we don't offer contracts anymore, all our current residential plans are on a month-to-month basis. So, if it's not what you are looking for then you are free to leave :). Also you shouldn't have any set-up charges, you only need a compatible router for us to transition you to our network. This is assuming you are currently connected to and using the NBN and want to change ISP for your current connection. If you have any further questions, I'm happy to answer anything and everything you've got for me :) (assuming I know the answers lol).
