Above and Beyond! – My partner and I had been talking about building our own home for a little while and there was nothing more i wanted but i had some doubt but he booked us an appointment to see where we stand. Thats when we met Sarah Lloyd at aussie living homes and i cannot express enough how amazing she has been. From the very beginning she has gone above and beyond for us. As we both wotk fifo we thought it would be hard, but she keeps in touch and keeps us up to date all the time so we stay in the loop. She helped us everywhere possible sending us in all the right directions and guiding wherever possible. It has been the most amazing and pain free experience and i cannot recommend this beautiful lady enough! We got our phone call today and we got Pre-approval and its like all this weight has been lifted off our shoulders. We cannot wait for the rest of this adventure to continue with Sarah. If i could give more then 5 stars i would. We cannot thankyou enough.

Best Decision of my life! – There is not enough time or space to even begin to say how amazing this group is. From my stupid repetitive questions to knowing Sarah Llyod is just a call away. Everything you need and service that has every other group beat by far. Honest, upfront and Sarah you have changed my life! The best choice we made! – My wife and I have been interested in building a home of our own for over a year now and as we arent the highest earning household a lot of builders were not really interested which was discouraging, until one Sunday we decided to go have look at the display homes again. Thats where we met Sarah lloyd from Aussie living homes and we were so impressed with what we saw! Sarah made us feel so welcome and even though we dont earn a lot of money Sarah didn't hesitate to show us what we could do. She has gone ABOVE and beyond for us and has done absolutely everything to make sure we are able to build a house of our own!! We are almost ready to lay the slab down for our home now and already we have had an amazing experience and are so thankful for everything that Sarah and Aussie living homes has done for us!! 11 out of 10 these guys are Awesome! If your looking at building we highly recommended you go and see Aussie living homes, and ask for Sarah lloyd. Trust us, its the best decision you could make!

Aussie living - think twice before building – You have no idea how bad aussie living are. I am a site supervisor and am discusted in the time, manner and quality of there build. They have no communication in the company, they would give me answers that I already knew about . From prestart until now. 8 months build time and a pci that is now over the contract time. Coming from a tradesman and supervisor of apartments. The trades they are now using are discusting, with so many defects. There supervisors don't even know what they are doing except for ordering materials and booking in trades, I ask questions and they give me the answer, I dont know. Please anyone that is looking to build, think twice before looking at aussie living homes.

My roof looks like it is all chipped, the tiles are still coming out green, holes everywhere. The bricks could have been done better by a team of children. Plumbing not hooked up until after prestart, they told me it was just blocked, sewer had to still go underneath of the house. Electrical conduits still not installed. Garage doors forgotten about. And before you think this is only one comment. There are more angry neighbours all in my area completely annoyed about aussie living and building with them. Such an unprofessional builder I have ever met. They have no communication, and really cant give an answer because they really actually dont know what you are talking about to liase with the site supervisor to get ammended. Even the construction manager cant get things fixed after having a meeting with himself and a site supervisor, 3 months after having a meeting, and then do it the wrong way. Continuous answers of the finish date then to the next week, then next week, then next week. Ongoing. I would be happier with an actual date, not a date they cannot meet. And t be best is defect items, half done.
